    摘要:

    东濮凹陷地质构造复杂,断层多,埋藏深,砂体薄,砂泥岩互层段易失稳,给长水平段的勘探开发带来极大挑战。以改性植物油研发的生物质基液为核心,形成了适应东濮的生物质合成基钻井液体系,性能评价结果表明,体系抗温180℃,HTHP≤5mL,ES≥700v,16h滚动回收率为98.32%,72h线性膨胀率0.817%,并在现场成功应用9口井,表现出抗高温长期稳定性强,流型呈“低黏高切”,具有良好的携岩带砂能力,携岩指数>1.5,应用最高温度156℃,有效解决了沙河街组井壁易失稳、长水平段携岩带砂难、薄层定向托压等问题,具有较好应用推广前景。

    Abstract:

    The geological structure of Dongpu Depression is complex, with multiple faults, deep burial, thin sand bodies, and unstable sandstone mudstone interbedded sections, which poses great challenges to the exploration and development of long horizontal sections. A biomass based drilling fluid system adapted to Dongpu has been developed with modified vegetable oil as the core. The performance evaluation results show that the system has a temperature resistance of 180 ℃, HTHP ≤ 5mL, ES ≥ 700v, a rolling recovery rate of 98.32% after 16 hours, and a linear expansion rate of 0.817% after 72 hours. It has been successfully applied in 9 wells on site, demonstrating strong long-term stability against high temperatures, a flow pattern of "low viscosity and high shear", and good rock carrying and sand carrying capacity. The rock carrying index is greater than 1.5, and the highest application temperature is 156 ℃. It effectively solves the problems of instability of the Shahejie Formation wellbore, difficulty in carrying rock and sand in long horizontal sections, and directional pressure of thin layers. It has good prospects for application and promotion.
