    摘要:

    可视化微模型模拟真实储层岩石孔隙的微观驱油技术近年间表现出了非凡的应用价值和发展潜力。该方法相比传统的宏观岩心驱油实验表现出了多方面的优越性,尤其是可实现孔隙中多相流的可视化,使研究者可对驱油过程中的微观作用机理进行研究。纳米驱油技术近年间在三次采油中受到了广泛的关注与应用,纳米粒子的小尺寸带来的独特的物理化学特性使其能在岩石孔隙中以多种作用机制发挥作用。通过梳理近年间诸多学者利用微流控设备开展的微观纳米驱油实验,汇总出纳米驱油的微观作用机理主要包括:润湿性改变、降低界面张力(IFT)、改善流度比、稳定沥青质。同时,总结了影响纳米驱油效果的主要控制参数。随着相关技术的发展与完善,微流控方法的应用为纳米驱油的微观作用机制探究及控制参数优化提供了一个更具优势的平台。

    Abstract:

    The micro-displacement technology using visual micro-model to simulate real reservoir rock pores has shown extraordinary application value and development potential in recent years. Compared with the traditional macroscopic core flooding experiment,this method shows many advantages,especially the visualization of multiphase flow in pores,which enables researchers to study the microscopic mechanism of oil displacement process. Nano-oil displacement technology has been widely concerned and applied in tertiary oil recovery in recent years. The unique physical and chemical properties brought by the small size of nanoparticles make them play a role in various mechanisms in rock pores. Combing the microscopic nano-oil displacement experiments carried out by many scholars using microfluidic equipment in recent years,the microscopic mechanism of nano-oil displacement mainly includes:wettability change,reduction of interfacial tension(IFT),improvement of mobility ratio,and stabilization of asphaltene. At the same time,the main control parameters affecting the effect of nano-oil displacement were summarized. With the development and improvement of related technologies,the application of microfluidic methods provided a more advantageous platform for the exploration of the microscopic mechanism of nano-oil displacement and optimization of control parameters.
