    摘要:

    随着深层-超深层油气资源开发,高密度盐水钻完井液面临盐结晶堵塞、加重剂溶解度受限及高温高压适应性不足等挑战。盐结晶抑制剂通过络合增溶、胶束分散、晶格畸变及分散作用等多重机制,不仅能够抑制高浓度盐水的结晶结垢,还能促进廉价可溶盐加重剂溶解增重,成为保障高密度盐水体系稳定与井筒安全的关键化学手段。文章系统综述了共聚物类、表面活性剂类、天然有机分子类、磷酸盐类等多种盐结晶抑制剂的作用机理与构效关系,梳理了盐结晶抑制剂在钻井液密度提升、井筒阻垢中的应用现状,并揭示了抑制剂生物降解性控制、热稳定性差及增溶机制不清等瓶颈,展望了面向绿色低碳与耐温耐压需求的可降解共聚物设计、绿色改性型盐结晶抑制剂的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    With the development of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas resources,the high-density brine drilling fluids are facing challenges such as salt crystallization blockage,limited solubility of weighting agents and insufficient adaptability to high temperature and high pressure. Salt crystallization inhibitors not only can inhibit the crystallization and scaling of high-concentration brine,but also can promote the dissolution and weight increase of inexpensive soluble salt weighting agents,through multiple mechanisms such as complexation solubilization,micelle dispersion,lattice distortion,and dispersion effects,becoming a key chemical means to ensure the stability of high-density brine systems and wellbore safety. In the article,the action mechanisms and structure-activity relationships of various salt crystallization inhibitors such as copolymers,surfactants,natural organic molecules, and phosphates,were systematically reviewed. Their application status in increasing drilling fluid density and preventing wellbore scaling were summarized. The bottlenecks such as poor biodegradability,poor thermal stability and unclear solubilization mechanisms were revealed. Finally,the development directions of degradable copolymers designed for green and low-carbon and extreme environment requirements,and green-modified salt crystallization inhibitors was put forward.
