    以甘氨酸、乙二醛、甲醛等为原料合成了一种两性离子咪唑化合物——甘氨酸衍生物缓蚀剂(Gy-D),利用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对所Gy-D结构进行了表征,采用失重法和电化学方法研究了Gy-D在25 ℃、1 mol/L盐酸中对N80钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,缓蚀剂Gy-D的吸附服从Langmuir 吸附等温线,在钢表面上的吸附类型为物理和化学混合吸附。缓蚀剂Gy-D的缓蚀效率随着加量的增加而增大,在缓蚀剂质量浓度为50 mg/L时的缓蚀效率为 91.29%,200 mg/L 时缓蚀效率达到 93.92%。扫描电镜和原子力显微镜分析结果表明,添加缓蚀剂 Gy-D后钢表面更加光滑,减少了腐蚀坑的产生。X射线光电子能谱分析结果表明,N80 钢浸泡在含有Gy-D 的盐酸中后钢表面产生了 Fe-N 键,表明缓蚀剂在金属表面形成了吸附膜。本文合成的氨基酸类缓蚀剂为高酸环境下钢材的腐蚀防护提供了一种有效策略。

    Abstract:

    Glycine derivative corrosion inhibitor(Gy-D),a imidazole zwitterionic compound,was synthesized using glycine, glyoxal and formaldehyde. The structure of Gy-D was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and the inhibition effect of Gy-D on N80 steel in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid at 25 ℃ was studied by weight loss method and electrochemical method. The results indicated that the adsorption behavior of the amphoteric corrosion inhibitor Gy-D conformed to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm,with a combination of both physical and chemical adsorption occurring on the steel surface. As the dosage of Gy-d increased,its corrosion inhibition efficiency improved accordingly. Specifically,at the concentration of 50 mg/L,the efficiency was 91.29% ,and it furtherly increased to 93.92% at 200 mg/L. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) results revealed that the inhibitor smoothed the steel surface and diminished corrosion pits. Additionally,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis confirmed that the Fe-N bond was formed on the surface of N80 steel after immersion in hydrochloric acid containing Gy-D,suggesting the presence of an adsorbed protective film on the metal. The amino acid corrosion inhibitor synthesized in this paper provides an effective strategy for corrosion protection of steel under high acid environment.
