    选用丙烯酰胺(AM)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)、丙烯酸二十二烷酯(DA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸 (AMPS)为反应单体,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,通过自由基胶束 聚合法,开展了梳型共聚物PMAS合成的逐级放大实验,研究了放大规模下PMAS的增黏性、抗温性、抗盐性和 抗剪切性,评价了放大后PMAS 在钻井液中的增黏性能。结果表明,采用3 级不同的聚合规模放大后制得的 PMAS存在一定的放大效应,但放大前后的PMAS始终具有较好的增黏、耐温抗盐和抗剪切能力;在190 ℃老化 16 h 后,加有质量分数为1%的PMAS的低盐钻井液和饱和盐水钻井液的表观黏度保留率分别为61.4%和60.0%, 放大后PMAS抗温耐盐性能明显优于国内商用增黏剂80A-51,具有良好的市场推广应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Step-by-step scale-up synthesis of comb-copolymer PMAS was carried out using acrylamide (AM), allyl polyoxyethylene ether (APEG),docosyl acrylate (DA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as reaction monomers,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as surfactant via a free radical micellar polymerization,and the properties of viscosity increment,temperature resistance,salt resistance and shear resistance were evaluated,the viscosity increasing of PMAS in the drilling fluid before and after hot-rolling was evaluated. The results showed that the scale-up experimentation of PMAS exhibited slightly varying properties when prepared by three different polymerization scale, however,always maintained excellent viscosity increments,temperature,salt resistance and shear-tolerance. After aging at the temperature of 190 ℃ for 16 h,the apparent viscosity retention rates of low-salt and saturated brine drilling fluids with 1% PMAS were 61.4% and 60.0%,respectively. The temperature and salt resistance of PMAS at big polymerization scale was superior to that of the commercial viscosifier 80A-51,exhibiting a good application prospect.
