    甲酸盐钻井液体系具有钻头清洁能力、抑制泥岩分散、提高地层稳定性、改善添加剂温度适应能力等特性,在大位移井施工中,该体系甚至具有与油基体系相接近的润滑减磨效果,因此甲酸盐体系在钻井现场逐渐得到广泛应用,其中以HCOOK替代KCl提高液相中K+含量的操作最为常见。但实际施工中发现,添加甲酸盐的钻井液其固相含量测定值严重偏离真实情况,常用的盐含量校正手段不再适用于含有甲酸盐的钻井液体系。钻井液固相含量是评价钻井液性能维护水平的重要指标,其调控情况与体系流变性能、胶体稳定性、地层封堵能力等均具有程度不等的相关性,其固相成分中的劣质固相对于钻井液体系流动性影响尤其大,准确测定分析固相成分中各类固相的数量对于提高钻井液应用水平,降低施工复杂情况具有重要意义。因此必须对因甲酸盐引起的固相含量测定误差进行校正,以避免实验数据误导现场维护操作与性能参数调控。笔者以实验数据为基础,针对HCOOK等可溶性盐引起的体积与密度变化趋势进行了数据拟合,对含有HCOOK钻井液体系固相含量的校正给出了完整的处理方法,将处理结果和现场实际施工数据结合后,确认采用文中给出的计算方法得到的固相含量校正值与实际情况相符,可以用于指导现场维护施工。

    Abstract:

    Formate drilling fluid system has the characteristics of bit cleaning ability, inhibition of mudstone dispersion, improvement of formation stability, and improvement of additive temperature adaptability, etc. In the construction of extended reach well, the system even has lubrication and wear reduction effect similar to that of oil-based system. Therefore, formate system is gradually widely used in drilling sites. Among them, the operation of replacing KCl with HCOOK to increase K+ content in liquid phase is the most common. However, in the actual construction, it was found that the solid phase content of drilling fluid with formate was seriously deviated from the real situation, and the commonly used salt content correction means were no longer suitable for drilling fluid system containing formate. The solid phase content of drilling fluid is an important index to evaluate the maintenance level of drilling fluid performance, and its regulation is correlated with the rheological properties, colloid stability and formation plugging ability of the system to varying degrees. The inferior solids in its solid phase composition have a particularly great impact on the fluidity of the drilling fluid system. Accurate determination and analysis of various solids in the solid phase composition can improve the application level of drilling fluid. It is of great significance to reduce the construction complexity. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the solid phase content measurement errors caused by formate, so as to avoid misleading the field maintenance operation and performance parameter control. Based on the experimental data, the author carried out data fitting for the change trend of volume and density caused by soluble salt such as HCOOK, and proposed a complete treatment method for the correction of solid phase content of drilling fluid system containing HCOOK. After combining the treatment results with the actual construction data on site, It is confirmed that the correction value of solid phase content obtained by using the calculation method given in this paper is consistent with the actual situation, and can be used to guide the field maintenance construction.
