Abstract:In high-temperature deep wells, there are problems such as reverse thickening time of cement slurry, decline in high-temperature strength, high brittleness and low toughness of cement sheath, and failure of cement sheath sealing. It is necessary to develop a high-temperature resistant flexible cement slurry system to improve the high-temperature resistance, strength stability, elasticity and toughness of cement paste, and reduce its temperature sensitivity, in order to ensure the safety of high-temperature oil and gas well cementing construction. First of all, a high softness resistant gel material was developed, which has good elasticity, toughness and hydrophilicity, and can improve the mechanical properties of cement paste. Secondly, 300 mesh silicon powder was selected and a high-temperature strength stabilizer was developed. In addition, a wide temperature range anti high temperature retarder and anti high temperature loss reducing agent are used, with a temperature resistance of up to 180 ℃. Therefore, a high temperature resistant gel cement slurry system was formed, and the performance of the designed high-temperature flexible gel cement slurry was evaluated. The experimental results show that the anti high softness gel cement slurry system has good rheological and thickening properties, good high temperature strength stability, excellent mechanical properties, elastic modulus less than 4.5Gpa, good flexibility and elastic deformation ability, and meets the needs of high temperature oil and gas well cementing operations.
