    随着油田效益开发的难度日益增大,传统的高材料成本的作业模式亟需改变。为满足油田低成本勘探开发需求,开展了低成本、高性能压裂用稠化剂的研究。本文以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基2-甲基丙磺酸为聚合物主体结构,添加功能型单体DTB-12、DT1223,通过自由基引发的水相乳液聚合方法合成XZ-MFT多效能稠化剂,并采用红外光谱仪表征了稠化剂的结构,考察了其增黏、耐盐、降阻、助排、防膨性能,实验结果表明:以单体质量比为AM:AMPS=176:30,引发剂浓度为单体总浓度的0.05%,功能型单体浓度为单体总浓度的2.0%,反应时间24h,反应温度为20℃,pH值为7,此条件下合成的XZ-MFT多效能稠化剂具有优良的性能,在30000mg/L的水质条件下,质量分数为0.6%时,耐盐性能优异,增黏速率达到85%以上,降阻率大于70%,表面张力小于28 mN/m,防膨率大于70%,各项性能指标均满足石油行业标准,真正实现了一剂多效的功能,极大降低压裂施工材料成本。目前该稠化剂在新疆油田推广应用近百万方,液体性能稳定,取得了良好的效果,为后期油田效益开发提供支撑,应用前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing requirements of oilfield benefit development, the traditional high material cost operation mode needs to be changed. In order to meet the needs of low-cost exploration and development in Xinjiang Oilfield, a low-cost and high-performance thickener for fracturing was studied. In this paper, acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and acrylic acid were used as the main structure of the polymer, and functional monomers DTB-12 and DT1223 were added to synthesize XZ-MFT multi-efficiency thickener by free radical initiated aqueous solution polymerization. The structure of XZ-MFT was characterized by infrared spectrometer, and its viscosity, salt resistance, resistance reduction, cleanup and anti-swelling properties were investigated. The experimental results showed that the monomer mass ratio was AM : AMPS = 176 : 30, the initiator concentration was 0.05 %, the functional monomer concentration was 2.0 %, the reaction time was 24 h, and the reaction temperature was 20 °C. The pH value is 7, and the XZ-MFT multi-effect thickener under this synthesis condition has excellent performance. When the mass fraction is 0.6 %, no additional additives are added, the drag reduction rate is greater than 70 %, the surface tension is less than 28 mN / m and the anti-swelling rate is greater than 70 %. All performance indicators meet the industry standards, truly realizing the function of one dose of multi-effect and greatly reducing the material cost. At present, the thickener has been popularized and applied in nearly one million square meters in Xinjiang Oilfield. The liquid performance is stable and good results have been achieved, which provides support for the later oilfield benefit development and has broad application prospects.
