超深水裂缝储层钻井堵漏高效降解凝胶体系

    摘要:

    针对南海永乐超深水区块花岗岩储层裂缝发育,钻井液漏失严重,裂缝性储层的堵漏与储层保护难兼顾难题,构建了高效降解凝胶堵漏体系。通过研发动态共价硼酸酯键交联剂,可与聚乙烯醇、黄原胶在可控时间内以动态共价键的交联方式发生物理化学交联作用,形成具有较高强度的堵漏凝胶体系,用于裂缝性地层堵漏;动态共价硼酸酯键交联剂在低pH下容易在过氧化物破胶剂作用下发生键断裂,具有较好的降解性能。测试结果表明:高效降解凝胶体系成胶时间可调、凝胶强度高、封堵能力强,对于裂缝宽度为3.5 mm的模拟岩心,在110℃以下,承压可达5.8 MPa;凝胶固化前具有较好的流动性和触变性;该凝胶体系破胶时间短,在pH=4、6%浓度氧化剂溶液中,6.1 h时完全破胶,破胶后残液黏度低,有助于裂缝性储层钻井防漏堵漏过程中的储层保护,是一种适用超深水裂缝性储层钻井堵漏用的高效降解凝胶体系。

    Abstract:

    The fractured granite formations in deep and ultra-deep water wells of Yongle block in the South China Sea leads to serious drilling fluid circulation loss, and it is difficult to prevent circulation loss and protect fractured granite formations simultaneously. Therefore, an efficient temporary plugging pill was prepared. The plugging gel with high strength has been prepared, through the development of dynamic covalent borate ester bond crosslinking agent, which can be physically and chemically crosslinked with polyvinyl alcohol and xanthan gum by dynamic covalent bond crosslinking. Dynamic covalent borate bond crosslinking agent prone to breaking under the action of peroxide glue breaker under low pH, so the plugging gel can be rapidly degraded into small molecules. The results show that: The gel strength is high and the plugging ability is excellent, and fractures plugged with the slurry can withstand pressures up to 5.8 MPa under 110℃; The gel has good fluidity and thixotropy before crosslinking; The plugging pill has a short breaking time, which can be completely broken at 6.1h in pH=4, 6% strong oxidant solution, and the viscosity of residual liquid is low, which is helpful for reservoir protection in the process of drilling leak-prevention and plugging of fractured reservoirs. The degradable temporary plugging pill is an efficient degradation gel system suitable for the fractured reservoir drilling in deep and ultra-deep water wells.
