    油田中高渗油藏高含水开发阶段后期表现出油藏温度高、注采不平衡、层内层间矛盾突出等问题,针对上述问题制备了一种新型耐高温高粘弹性调堵剂并开展实验研究。室内实验发现,该调堵剂的成胶时间可控,能够实现定位封堵,有效控制油藏优势水流通道,改善吸水剖面。耐温可达150℃以上,具有良好的封堵性、承压性。该调堵剂在现场应用效果明显,L90-58井浅调剖见效后,对应油井平均日产油提高3.38t,含水下降19.15%,取得较好的降水增油效果,对油田的开发具有一定的实际意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of high reservoir temperature, unbalanced injection and production, and prominent contradictions between layers in the late development stage of high water-cut oil reservoirs in medium and high permeability reservoirs, a new type of high temperature resistant and high viscoelastic plugging control agent was prepared and experimental research was carried out. Experiments have found that the gelling time of the plugging control agent is controllable, can achieve positioning plugging, has good plugging performance, effectively controls the advantageous water flow channels of the reservoir, and improves the water absorption profile. The temperature resistance can reach more than 150℃, and it has good sealing performance and pressure bearing performance. After the shallow profile control of Well L90-58 took effect, the average daily oil The plugging agent has obvious effect in field application, production increased by 3.38t, the water cut decreased by 19.15%, and a good precipitation and oil increase effect was achieved, which has certain practical significance for the development of the oilfield.
