    摘要:

    为避免以HPAM为主剂的传统凝胶配方现场配制困难,容易产生“鱼眼”,强度低,解决裂缝大孔道封堵困难问题。本文研究出了一种可快速溶解的新型水溶性乳液聚合物作为主剂的高强度冻胶堵剂配方。实验结果表明,5000mg/L HPAM类聚合物主剂+500mg/L交联剂+1500mg/L 乙酸的体系配方在60℃下可形成粘度在130000mPa·s以上的高强度冻胶,通过对交联反应过程进行玻尔兹曼函数的拟合,发现体系成胶后凝胶强度与体系初始粘度相关,并与时间成正指数关系。高强度冻胶体系20d的脱水量仅为原始体积的0.18%,具有良好的热稳定性。模拟裂缝岩心渗透率为580×10-3μm2时,其封堵率可达89.36%,能够有效的封堵裂缝和特大孔道。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid the difficulty of field preparation of the traditional gel formula with HPAM as the main agent, it is easy to produce "fish eye", low strength, and solve the problem of large crack channel sealing.In this paper, a new formulation of high-strength jelly agent is developed with rapidly soluble water-soluble emulsion polymer as the main agent.The experimental results show that the system formulation of 5000 mg/L class HPAM polymer main agent + 500 mg/L crosslinker + 1500 mg/L acetic acid can form high strength frozen glue with viscosity above 130000mPa s at 60℃. Then, the strength of the gel and the initial viscosity have a positive exponential relationship with time.The water discharge of the high-strength frozen glue system for 20d is only 0.18% of the original volume, which has good thermal stability.When the permeability of the simulated crack core is 58010-3 m2, the sealing rate can reach 89.36%, which can effectively block the cracks and very large holes.
