    摘要:

    针对稠油注聚油田含油污水处理困难的情况,以双酚-A、甲醛、三乙烯四胺为原料合成酚胺树脂,再以酚胺树脂为起始剂合成一系列多支链、多胺基、多苯环的双酚-A酚胺聚醚型清水剂。以加入清水剂一定时间内,污水含油量降至20mg/L以下为评价标准,对合成的系列清水剂进行评价。结果表明:清水剂F-14与F-15按照2:1的比例进行复配,可使污水含油量在规定时间内降低至18mg/L,符合标准要求。在渤海某油田进行现场中试,结果表明清水剂适用现场短流程、含聚污水水质,注水油含量稳定在20mg/L以下,达到现场技术要求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the difficulty in the treatment of oil sewage in heavy oil injection oilfields,bisphenol-A,formaldehyde and triethyleneteramine were used as raw materials to synthesize phenolamine resin,and the phenolamine resin was used as the starting agent to synthesize a series of multi-branched,polyamine-based,polyphenyl cyclic type clearing agent.Clearing agents were evaluated on the basis of adding the clearing agent for a certain period of time,the oil content of the sewage dropped below 20mg/L as the evaluation standard.The results show that when the clearing agent F-14 and F-15 are compounded at a ratio of 2:1,the oil content of the sewage can be reduced to 18 mg/L within the specified time,which meets the standard requirements.A field pilot test was carried out in a heavy oil oilfield in the Bohai Sea.The results showed that the oil content of injection water is stable below 20mg/L,which meets the technical requirements of the field.
