    塔河油田是奥陶系碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏,具有高温、高矿化度、地层均质性极强的特性,目前绝大多数油井已进入高含水期,出现产量降低甚至停井现象。基于上述情况,制备了一种以生物质为原料的耐温抗盐冻胶体系,其具有来源广泛、价格低廉、绿色环保等优点。本文选用魔芋葡甘聚糖为主剂,聚丙烯酰胺作为助剂,黄原胶为增强剂、乌洛托品、对苯二酚作为交联剂制备了具有耐温抗盐性能的生物基堵剂,通过基液粘度和成胶时间考察冻胶中各物质最优添加量,通过傅里叶红外变化光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TGA)对其进行了表征,通过考察成胶强度、耐温性能、填砂管驱替实验对封堵效果进行了评价。单因素变量表明:当聚丙烯酰胺为(均为体积分数)0.5%、魔芋葡甘聚糖为0.5%、黄原胶为0.3%、乌洛托品为0.5%、对苯二酚为0.6%时,成胶强度最大,成胶时弹性模量可以达到35.233Pa,老化7d后弹性模量逐渐增加到71.377Pa。当注入PV数为1时,封堵率可以达到99.11%。

    Abstract:

    Tahe Oilfield is an Ordovician fractured-vugs carbonate reservoir with high temperature, high salinity and strong formation homogeneity. At present, most of the oil Wells have entered the high water cut period, and the production has decreased or even stopped.Based on the above situation, a kind of temperature resistant and salt resistant gelatin system with biomass as raw material was prepared, which has the advantages of wide source, low price, green and environmental protection.In this paper, using konjac glucomannan as the main agent, polyacrylamide as the auxiliary agent, xanthan gum as the enhancer, urotropine and hydroquinone as the cross-linking agent, the biological base blocking agent with temperature and salt resistance was prepared. Through the viscosity of the base liquid and the gelation time, the optimal addition amount of each substance in the gelatin was investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to characterize it. The sealing effect was evaluated by examining the gelation strength, temperature resistance and sand-filled pipe displacement experiment.The univariate variables showed that when polyacrylamide 0.5%, konjac glucomannan 0.5%, xanthan gum 0.3%, urlotropine 0.5%, hydroquinone 0.6%, the gelation strength was the highest, the elastic modulus of gelation reached 35.233Pa, and the elastic modulus gradually increased to 71.377Pa after aging for 7 days.When the injected PV number is 1, the plugging rate can reach 99.11%.
