    摘要:

    本文通过对树枝状聚酰胺-胺的改性设计,主要采用迈克尔加成、酰胺化反应交替进行,合成树状大分子底物,再选择合适的高分子链段接枝于树状底物活性端基,得到水溶性或油溶性的新型树状多支化非聚醚破乳剂。并采用凝胶色谱测定了产品的纯度,对破乳剂中试产品结构进行了红外表征。通过现场试验结果表明,该系列破乳剂在处理渤海S油田原油综合管汇处含聚采出液时,表现出了优异的破乳性能,能够明显改善脱出水的水质,破乳后上层油乳化层较低,脱水后乳化层减少约50%,该产品对实现含聚采出液的高效处理具有较好的现场应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the dendrimer was synthesized by the design of modification of Dendrimer polyamide-amine, which was carried out by alternating Michael addition and amidation reaction, and then the dendrimer was grafted onto the active end group of dendrimer, a novel water soluble or oil soluble dendrimer multibranched non-polyether demulsifier was prepared. The purity of the product was determined by Gel Chromatography, and the structure of the demulsifier was characterized by IR. The field test results show that the series of demulsifiers have excellent demulsifying performance when treating the produced fluid containing polymer in the manifold of crude oil in CK oilfield, and can obviously improve the quality of the demulsified water, and the emulsified layer of the upper oil is lower after demulsifying, after dehydration, the emulsified layer is reduced by about 50% . This product has a good field application prospect to realize the high-efficiency treatment of polymer-containing produced fluid.
