Recently, the problem of scaling is becoming more and more serious, which directly affects the production stability, efficient operation in Changqing, and anti-scaling measures is urgent to use. Based on the above background, in this paper, we have analyzed the water types of He 53 and Yan 116 water samples in ZhenyuanOilfield of 11th Changping Oilfield, and then used the scaling prediction software Oli ScaleChem to predict the scaling trend of the mixed water samples. Experiment results showed that the prediction results were consistent with the indoor experiments. In view of the scale type produced by mixed water, two different types of scale inhibitors were developed in the laboratory: Strontium sulfate (SrSO4) scale inhibitor MA / MMA copolymerized from maleic anhydride (MA) and methyl acrylate (MMA) and carboxymethylated inulin calcium carbonate (CaCO3) scale inhibitor CMI. In a certain proportion, CQ-SI was combined to form a scale inhibitor for the operation area, and its scale prevention mechanism is analyzed as well. The evaluation results showed that when the dosage of CQ-SI was 150 mg/L, the anti-scaling rate was high up to 93.5%, which showed a nice anti-scaling ability. The scale inhibitor is environmental and showed excellent performance, and is expected to be applied in oilfield.
