    日前,长庆油田结垢堵塞问题日益严重,直接影响着作业区的生产稳定和高效运行,急需实施防垢措施。基于此,本文首先分析并认识了长庆镇原油田合53区域和演116区域2种水样的水型,然后利用结垢预测软件OLI ScaleChem对混合水样的结垢趋势进行了预测并采用室内实验进行了验证,结果证明预测结果与室内实验相符。针对混合水产生的垢型,室内研发了两种不同类型的防垢剂:马来酸酐(MA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚而成的硫酸锶(SrSO4)防垢剂MA/MMA以及羧甲基化菊粉碳酸钙(CaCO3)防垢剂CMI。在一定比例下组合二者形成了针对该作业区垢型的防垢剂CQ-SI并分析了其防垢机理。评价结果表明当CQ-SI加量为150mg/L时,防垢率高达到93.5%,具有良好的防垢效果。该防垢剂绿色环保且性能优异,有望得以应用

    Abstract:

    Recently, the problem of scaling is becoming more and more serious, which directly affects the production stability, efficient operation in Changqing, and anti-scaling measures is urgent to use. Based on the above background, in this paper, we have analyzed the water types of He 53 and Yan 116 water samples in ZhenyuanOilfield of 11th Changping Oilfield, and then used the scaling prediction software Oli ScaleChem to predict the scaling trend of the mixed water samples. Experiment results showed that the prediction results were consistent with the indoor experiments. In view of the scale type produced by mixed water, two different types of scale inhibitors were developed in the laboratory: Strontium sulfate (SrSO4) scale inhibitor MA / MMA copolymerized from maleic anhydride (MA) and methyl acrylate (MMA) and carboxymethylated inulin calcium carbonate (CaCO3) scale inhibitor CMI. In a certain proportion, CQ-SI was combined to form a scale inhibitor for the operation area, and its scale prevention mechanism is analyzed as well. The evaluation results showed that when the dosage of CQ-SI was 150 mg/L, the anti-scaling rate was high up to 93.5%, which showed a nice anti-scaling ability. The scale inhibitor is environmental and showed excellent performance, and is expected to be applied in oilfield.
