To meet the requirements of hydrogen sulfide removal in offshore oil field, a new dynamic evaluation system has been designed, which is suitable for simulation analysis of the actual desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurizer. Using the dynamic evaluation system, new desulfurizers were developed and assessed, and the effect of working parameters on site on the desulfurization efficiency was analyzed. The experimental results show that when When the same molar ratio of methylamine, monoethanolamine and diethylamine were mixed, the desulfurization efficiency of the synthesized multi-compound H2S scanvenger 11# maintained above 96% during the experiment, exhibiting excellent desulfurization efficiency and the largest sulfur capacity. The desulfurization efficiency of H2S scanvenger 11# decreased with the increase of gas-liquid ratio. The desulfurization efficiency firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the speed of the high gravity device, but increased with the increase of the total pressure of the system; However, the system temperature change had little effect on the desulfurization efficiency. Field tests show that desulfurization efficiency of H2S scanvenger 11# was obviously better than that of the original H2S scanvenger 0#, which further reduces the corrosion and safety risk on site.
