    摘要:

    针对稠油蒸汽驱汽窜严重问题,研究了高温封窜剂+驱油剂组合调驱技术。通过构建高温栲胶体系作为蒸汽封窜剂,磺酸盐表面活性剂和阴-非离子表面活性剂复配构建高温驱油剂,采用非均质双管物理模拟实验评价了封窜剂+驱油剂组合调驱对提高蒸汽驱采收率效果。结果表明,高温栲胶封窜剂在250℃蒸汽驱冲刷15 PV后封堵率可达90%以上,封堵效果显著;高温驱油剂SLB/CY(2:1)经过300℃老化后仍可使油水界面张力降到0.001mN/m以下。稠油蒸汽驱双管驱油实验表明采用封窜剂+驱油剂组合调驱体系可有效封堵高渗管汽窜通道,保证后续注入驱油剂进入低渗管,最终综合采收率可以提高23.58%,有效地改善非均质地层蒸汽驱的开发效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the serious problems of steam channeling for steam flooding, the combination of high-temperature channeling plugging agent and oil displacement agent were prepared. The high-temperature-resistant channeling plugging agent was prepared with tannin extracts system, the sulfonate surfactant and anionic-nonionic surfactant were compounded to obtain high-temperature oil displacement agent, then the compound profile-control and oil displacement technology of channeling plugging agent and oil displacement agent on improving the recovery rate of steam flooding was investigated by heterogeneous double-tube physical simulation experiments. The results showed that the plugging rate of high temperature tannin extracts plugging agent could maintained above 90% after 15 PV of steam flooding flushing at 250℃, had significantly plugging properties. After aging at 300℃, the high temperature oil displacement agent SLB/CY (2:1) could still reduce the oil-water IFT to below 0.001mN/m. In the experiment of heterogeneous double-tube by steam flooding of heavy oil, the combination of channeling plugging agent and oil displacement agent can effectively plug the steam channeling of high permeability tube and ensure the subsequent injection of oil displacement agent into low permeability tube, which can improve the final comprehensive oil drive efficiency by 23.58% and effectively improve the development effect of steam flooding in heterogeneous formation.
