The overall profile control and water shutoff construction measures based on the injection-production unit can further improve the water control and oil increase effect of multiple rounds of heavy oil reservoirs in the Gaoqianbei block in eastern Hebei. In order to deeply study the relevant mechanism of overall profile control and water shutoff to improve the effect of water injection development, this paper uses indoor dynamic and static experimental evaluation to carry out the optimization of foam and gel formulation system, and evaluates the performance of control flooding and plugging. A three-dimensional physical model of the five-point injection-production well pattern was established indoors, and a comparative experiment of foam flooding and "foam + gel" integral profile control and water shutoff to improve oil recovery was carried out to evaluate the water control and oil enhancement effects of different measures. The experimental results show that the overall profile control and water shutoff increase the recovery rate by 22.04%, which is 4.15% higher than that of pure foam flooding. "Foam + gel" effectively suppresses the channeling of high-permeability layers, and adjusts the water absorption and liquid production profile of the well. The plane and longitudinal extent of subsequent water flooding was expanded. The planar and longitudinal heterogeneity of the reservoir has been effectively improved, and the overall development effect of the injection-production well pattern has been significantly improved after the overall profile control and water shutoff construction.
