    摘要:

    随着水平井体积压裂技术的推广与应用,压裂液用量越来越大,同时产生大量的返排液,返排液成分复杂,难以高效利用,直接排放会造成环境污染。本文分析了吉木萨尔页岩油区块压裂返排液的水质特点,找出了影响返排液再利用的主要因素,针对吉木萨尔页岩油返排液高含碱、高含硼、高含菌的特点,通过引入0.06%pH调节剂A、0.08%屏蔽剂C、0.10%杀菌剂BLX-1,有效的解决返排液pH高,细菌含量多,硼离子含量高的问题,研发形成了耐高温胍胶压裂液体系,并形成了一套页岩油压裂返排液连续混配再利用技术。利用该方法处理返排液4.5万方,配制出的压裂液应用于新疆油田吉木萨尔页岩油J1井的储层改造中,为后期页岩油的高效环保开发奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    With the development and application of volume fracturing technology in horizontal wells, more and more fracturing fluid is being used and a lot of flowback fluid is produced.The composition of flowback fluid is complex, and It"s hard to use efficiently. Direct discharge will cause environmental pollution. This paper analyzes the water quality characteristics of fracturing flowback fluid in Jimsar shale oil block, and finds out the main factors affecting the reuse of flowback fluid. According to the characteristics of high alkali content, high boron content and high bacteria content of Jimsar shale oil flowback fluid, 0.06 % pH regulator A, 0.08 % shielding agent C and 0.10 % fungicide BLX-1 are introduced to effectively solve the problems of high pH, high bacterial content and high boron ion content of flowback fluid.High temperature resistant guar gum fracturing fluid system is developed and a set of continuous mixing and reuse technology of shale oil fracturing flowback fluid is formed. This method was used to treat 4.5 × 104 square of flowback fluid, and the prepared fracturing fluid was applied to the reservoir transformation of Well J1 of Jimusar shale oil in Xinjiang Oilfield, which laid the foundation for the efficient and environmental protection development of shale oil in the later period.
