    摘要:

    针对油气田开发过程中日益凸显的垢堵难题,以螯合剂为核心组分的非酸性解堵剂在处理硫酸钡、硫酸锶 等酸难溶性垢、保护井筒设备以及降低腐蚀风险方面具备显著技术优势。目前油气田常用非酸性解堵剂多以乙 二胺四乙酸 (EDTA)、二乙烯三胺五乙酸 (DTPA) 等传统螯合剂为主剂,受成本较高、应用环境适应性有限等因素 制约,其规模化推广应用受到明显限制。密度泛函理论 (DFT) 等量子化学方法的引入,为螯合剂的分子设计与 性能优化提供了高效精准的技术手段,可为油气田高效绿色解堵技术的研发提供重要理论与技术支撑。本文系 统梳理了油气田储层结垢现状与结垢预测技术,重点阐述了非酸性解堵剂的研究进展与现场应用成效,探讨了 基于分子计算技术的螯合剂设计思路与应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the increasingly prominent scaling and plugging problems in oil and gas field development,non-acidic plugging removal agents with chelating agents as the core component present significant technical advantages in treating acid-insoluble scales such as barium sulfate and strontium sulfate scales,protecting wellbore equipment,and reducing corrosion risks. At present,conventional non-acidic plugging removal fluids used in oil and gas fields are mainly based on traditional chelating agents such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) . However,large-scale popularization and application are significantly restricted by high cost and limited environmental adaptability. The introduction of quantum chemical methods such as density functional theory (DFT) provides an efficient and accurate technical approach for the molecular design and performance optimization of chelating agents,which can offer important theoretical and technical support for the development of high-efficiency green plugging removal technologies for oil and gas fields. This paper systematically reviews the current status of reservoir scaling and scaling prediction technologies,focuses on the research progress and field application effects of non-acidic plugging removal agents,and discusses the design ideas and application value of chelating agents based on molecular computing techniques.
