    黏弹性颗粒驱油剂 (PPG 和 B-PPG) 同时存在部分交联结构与部分支化分子结构,其交联网络结构含量对 驱油性能影响显著,是评价该类驱油剂性能的核心特征参数。但目前针对 PPG 和 B-PPG 产品的交联网络结构含 量,仍缺乏有效的表征方法。本文建立了络合剂络合结合液相色谱检测的方法,可定量测定 PPG 和 B-PPG 的交 联网络结构含量。具体操作流程如下:首先对 PPG 和 B-PPG 分散液中的凝胶颗粒进行充分破碎,随后采用硝酸 铝作为络合剂,络合去除体系中线性结构部分的干扰;结合液相色谱检测络合过程中聚合物色谱峰面积的变化,证实随硝酸铝用量增加,络合过程呈现三段式变化特征;第一阶段完成后,聚合物最小色谱峰面积与原始峰面积 的比值,即为 PPG 和 B-PPG 的交联网络结构含量。采用所建立的方法对实际黏弹性颗粒驱油剂样品进行测试,结果表明:B-PPG 的交联网络结构含量约为 86 %,PPG 的交联网络结构含量约为 25 %,B-PPG 的交联网络结构占 比显著高于 PPG。该方法可实现黏弹性颗粒驱油剂交联网络结构含量的准确定量,为驱油剂的性能优化与质量 控制提供了重要技术手段。

    Abstract:

    Viscoelastic particle oil displacement agents (including PPG and B-PPG) have both partially cross-linked structure and partially branched molecular structure. The content of cross-linked network structure greatly influences their oil displacement performance,and is a core characteristic parameter for evaluating the performance of this type of oil displacement agent. However,there is still a lack of effective characterization methods for the cross-linked network structure content of PPG and B-PPG products. In this paper,a quantitative detection method based on complexant chelation combined with liquid chromatography was established to determine the cross-linked network structure content of PPG and B-PPG. First,the gel particles in PPG and B-PPG dispersions were fully crushed,then aluminum nitrate was used as complexant to chelate and eliminate the interference of linear structure in the system. Combined with liquid chromatography detection of the change of polymer peak area during the chelation process,it was confirmed that the chelation process presented a three-stage characteristic with the increase of aluminum nitrate dosage. After the completion of the first stage,the ratio of the minimum polymer chromatographic peak area to the original peak area was the cross-linked network structure content of PPG and B-PPG. The established method was applied to test actual viscoelastic particle oil displacement agent samples,the results showed that the cross-linked network structure content of B-PPG was about 86 %,and that of PPG was about 25 %,the proportion of cross-linked network structure in B-PPG was significantly higher than that in PPG. This method can achieve accurate quantification of the cross-linked network structure content of viscoelastic particle oil displacement agent,and provide an important technical means for performance optimization and quality control of this type of oil displacement agent.
