    油藏开发过程中流体流动复杂,使常规注水或增产措施难以奏效。传统上用于监测注水前沿的水溶性示 踪剂,在揭示剩余油分布及油相流动方面存在一大局限。针对传统水溶性示踪剂难以有效揭示剩余油分布及油 相流动规律的局限,文章旨在建立一种基于气相色谱技术的原油中油溶性示踪剂的快速分离与检测方法。通过 溶剂筛选实验,优选出对原油组分提取少且信号干扰低的甲醇作为萃取剂。针对原油中水分干扰萃取效率及残 留重组分延长分析周期的问题,提出了一种优化的样品前处理工艺:向含示踪剂原油中加入质量分数为 20 % 的 异辛烷和过量 K2CO3,经搅拌、超声及离心脱水后,将甲醇提取液在 - 32 ℃ 下冷冻除杂,进而利用气相色谱仪进行 检测。实验结果表明,该前处理方法能有效去除水分并显著减少重油组分干扰,实现了单次进样在 10 h 内对 38 种油溶性示踪剂信号峰的精准分离与识别。该方法具有快速、高效的特点,可满足油田现场对油相流动监测及 油藏特征分析的需求。

    Abstract:

    The complexity of fluid flow during reservoir development often renders conventional water injection or stimulation measures ineffective. Traditional water-soluble tracers used for monitoring water injection fronts have significant limitations in revealing the remaining oil distribution and oil phase flow behavior. To address these limitations,this study aimed to establish a rapid method for the separation and detection of oil-soluble tracers in crude oil based on gas chromatography (GC) technology. Through solvent screening experiments,methanol was selected as the optimal extractant due to its minimal extraction of crude oil components and low signal interference. To tackle the issues of water interfering with extraction efficiency and residual heavy components prolonging the analysis cycle,an optimized sample pretreatment process was proposed. This involved in adding isooctane (20 % mass fraction) and excess K2CO3 to the tracer-containing crude oil. After dehydration via stirring,ultrasonic treatment,and centrifugation,the methanol extract was frozen at - 32 ℃ to remove impurities before analysis by the gas chromatograph. Experimental results demonstrated that the pretreatment method effectively removed water and significantly reduced interference from heavy oil components. The precise separation and identification of signal peaks for 38 oil-soluble tracers could be achieved within 10 hours using a single injection. The method is rapid and efficient,meeting the requirements for field monitoring of oil phase flow and reservoir characterization.
