    在油田开发生产过程中,阻垢剂被广泛用于解决储层、井筒及输油管道的结垢问题。目前,高矿化度流体 中 Ca2+、Mg2+ 等结垢离子对阻垢剂的作用规律尚不明确,现场在用阻垢剂、杀菌剂与缓蚀剂之间的耦合作用研究 仍属空白,制约了化学剂的科学高效应用。本文创新搭建激光浊度法动态测试平台,可实现储层无氧、高温、流 动环境下阻垢剂的快速批量测试;分别考察了 Mg2+、Fe2+、Sr2+ 对 CaCO3、BaSO4 结垢的影响,开展了油田常用助剂 与阻垢剂的相互作用研究。结果表明:Mg2+、Fe2+ 和 Sr2+ 可分别延长 CaCO3、BaSO4 垢的诱导时间,提升阻垢剂效 率;多离子共存可促进 BaxSr1-xSO4、CaxMg1-xCO3、CaxFe1-xCO3 固溶体混合垢形成,降低垢晶表面能,减缓结垢速率;阻垢剂与油田在用破乳剂、缓蚀剂存在协同作用,与杀菌剂存在拮抗作用。本研究为高效协同化学体系的精准 筛选、化学防护技术的降本增效提供指导。

    Abstract:

    In the process of oilfield development and production,scale inhibitors are widely used to mitigate scaling in reservoirs,wellbores,and transportation pipelines. However,the interaction mechanism between scale inhibitors and scaling ions such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ in high-salinity fluids remains unclear,and the coupling effects among field-applied scale inhibitors,biocides and corrosion inhibitors have not been systematically investigated,which hinders the efficient and scientific application of chemical agents. In this study,a dynamic testing platform based on laser turbidity was innovatively established,which enabled rapid batch testing of scale inhibitor performance under simulated reservoir conditions including oxygen-free environment,high temperature and flowing state. The effects of Mg2+,Fe2+ and Sr2+ on the scaling of CaCO3 and BaSO4 were investigated respectively,and the interaction between commonly used oilfield additives and scale inhibitors was analyzed. The results showed that the presence of Mg2+,Fe2+ and Sr2+ could prolong the induction time of CaCO3 and BaSO4 scaling respectively,and improve the scale inhibition efficiency. The introduction of multiple ions promoted the formation of BaxSr1-xSO4,CaxMg1-xCO3 and CaxFe1-xCO3 solid solution mixed scales,reduced the surface energy of scale crystals,and slowed down the scaling rate. Scale inhibitors exhibited synergistic effect with oilfield demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors,while showing antagonistic effects with biocides. These findings provide guidance for the precise screening of high-efficiency synergistic chemical systems and the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of chemical anti-scaling technologies.
