    针对传统两性离子表面活性剂在苛刻条件下界面活性与耐受性不足的局限,本文以月桂酸 (LA)、N,N - 二 甲基乙二胺 (DMEDA)、3 - 氯 - 2 - 羟基丙磺酸钠 (CHPS-Na) 为主要原料,经两步反应合成新型酰胺磺酸盐两性离子 表面活性剂 (LECN),优化得到 LA、DMEDA、CHPS-Na 的最佳物质的量比为 1 ∶ 1 . 1 ∶ 1 . 1,随后系统评价了 LECN 的表 / 界面活性、泡沫性能、乳化稳定性以及耐温耐盐性等综合性能。研究结果表明:LECN 的临界胶束浓度为 0 . 05 g/L,对应表面张力为 28 . 2 mN/m;质量浓度 0 . 1 g/L 的 LECN 溶液可将环己烷 - 水的界面张力降至 0 . 045 mN/ m;25 ℃ 条件下,质量浓度 0 . 05 g/L 的 LECN 体系起泡体积为 670 mL,析液半衰期为 1900 s;该浓度下 LECN 体系 的乳化稳定性良好,静置 70 min 后析水率仅为 35 . 5 %;在 120 ℃、120 g/L 矿化度条件下,LECN 溶液表面张力变化 幅度 ≤ 4 . 7 mN/m,具备优异的耐温耐盐性能,各项性能均显著优于参比样品 CAB、SDS 与 Triton X- 100。LECN 合成原料易得、反应条件温和、操作简便,具有工业化应用潜力,为高性能两性离子表面活性剂的开发提供了新 策略,有望推动其在石油开采、日用化工等领域的应用。

    Abstract:

    To address the limitations of traditional zwitterionic surfactants in terms of insufficient interfacial activity and tolerance under harsh conditions,a novel amide sulfonate zwitterionic surfactant (LECN) was synthesized via a two-step reaction using lauric acid (LA),N,N -dimethylethylenediamine (DMEDA),and sodium 3 -chloro- 2 -hydroxypropanesulfonate (CHPS-Na) as raw materials. The optimal molar ratio of LA,DMEDA,CHPS-Na was determined to be 1 ∶ 1 . 1 ∶ 1 . 1 . The comprehensive performance of LECN,including surface/interfacial activity,foam properties,emulsifying stability,and temperature and salt resistance,was systematically evaluated. The results showed that LECN exhibited a critical micelle concentration of 0 . 05 g/L,with a corresponding surface tension of 28 . 2 mN/m. At the mass concentration of 0 . 1 g/L,LECN could reduce the interfacial tension between cyclohexane and water to 0 . 045 mN/m. At 25 ℃,the 0 . 05 g/L LECN system achieved a foam volume of 670 mL and a half-life of 1900 s. The 0 . 05 g/L LECN system showed good emulsifying stability with a water separation rate of only 35 . 5 % after 70 minutes. Moreover,under 120 ℃ and a salinity of 120 g/L,the variation in surface tension was ≤ 4 . 7 mN/m,demonstrating excellent temperature and salt resistance. All these properties were significantly superior to those of the reference samples CAB,SDS,and Triton X- 100 . The synthesis of LECN features readily available raw materials,mild reaction conditions,and simple operation,showing great potential for industrial application. This work provides a new strategy for the development of high-performance zwitterionic surfactants and is expected to promote their application in petroleum extraction,daily chemicals and other fields.
