    针对吴旗 W 区长 6 裂缝型低渗油藏微裂缝发育、水驱波及范围有限、长期注水后易形成优势流动通道,导 致常规堵剂难以实现深部有效封堵的技术痛点,研制了预组装核壳型相变调驱剂 TSAD。该调驱剂以改性环氧 树脂多组分体系为内核、生物多糖为外壳,依托核 - 壳结构实现深部运移与温控相变固化,满足裂缝型低渗透油 藏的深部调驱需求。采用动态光散射粒度分析仪、旋转黏度仪、微裂缝活塞挤压实验装置及岩心驱替实验装置,系统研究了 TSAD 调驱剂的粒径分布、相变特性、封堵强度及堵水驱油效果。结果表明:TSAD 调驱剂相变后的 粒径分布为 20 ~ 300 nm,具备良好的注入性;相变时间可控制在 5 ~ 12 d,可满足深部调驱要求;封堵强度随注入 质量分数升高而增强,2 . 5 % 注入质量分数下突破压力可达 8 . 56 MPa,稳定压力达 8 . 02 MPa,满足深部封堵强度要 求;相变过程不受现场水质 pH 值与矿化度的影响;岩心驱替实验结果显示,注入 0 . 3 PV、质量分数 1 . 0 % 的 TSAD 体系后,高渗岩心封堵率可达 80 . 69 %,低渗岩心封堵率仅为 3 . 1 %,低渗岩心驱油效率提升 13 . 44 个百分点,证实 该体系可有效封堵裂缝优势通道,实现提高采收率的目标。在吴旗 W 区长 6 油藏 X-XX 井组开展矿场试验,井组 综合含水率下降 25 . 85 %,日产油量由 5 . 84 t 提升至 7 . 33 t,实现日增油 1 . 49 t。该体系在裂缝型低渗油藏中具备良 好的深部调驱效果,为该类油藏控水增油提供了新思路与有效技术手段。

    Abstract:

    The Chang 6 fractured low-permeability reservoir of the Wuqi W block is characterized by highly developed microfractures,limited waterflood sweep efficiency,and the formation of dominant flow channels during long-term water injection,which make conventional plugging agents ineffective for deep profile control. Based on the above issues,a pre-assembled core-shell phase-change profile control agent (TSAD) was developed using a multi-component modified epoxy resin system as the core and a biopolysaccharide as the outer shell,enabling deep migration and temperature-induced phase-transition solidification to meet the requirements of deep profile control in fractured low-permeability reservoirs. Dynamic light scattering,rotational viscometry,microfracture piston extrusion,and core flooding experiments were employed to systematically investigate the particle size distribution,phase-transition characteristics,plugging strength,water-plugging and oil-displacement performance of TSAD. The results showed that TSAD exhibited a particle size distribution of 20 — 300 nm after phase transition,indicating excellent injectivity;the phase-transition time could be adjusted within 5 — 12 days,which could meet the requirements of deep profile control. The plugging strength increased with the increase of injection mass fraction. TSAD achieved a breakthrough pressure of 8 . 56 MPa and a stable pressure of 8 . 02 MPa at 2 . 5 % mass fraction,meeting the strength requirements for deep plugging. The phase-transition behavior was not affected by the pH or salinity of field formation water. Core flooding tests demonstrated a plugging rate of 80 . 69 % in high-permeability cores and only 3 . 1 % in low-permeability cores under injection of 0 . 3 PV 1 . 0 % TSAD,with the oil displacement efficiency in low-permeability core improved by 13 . 44 percentage points,confirming its capability to effectively block dominant channels of fractures and enhance oil recovery. A field pilot test was conducted in the X-XX well group of the Chang 6 reservoir in the Wuqi W block. The water cut decreased by 25 . 85 %,and the daily oil production increased from 5 . 84 t to 7 . 33 t,achieving an incremental oil production of 1 . 49 t/d. These results demonstrate that TSAD provides excellent deep-profile control performance in fractured low-permeability reservoirs,offering a new and effective technical approach for water control and enhanced oil recovery.
