    为明确水溶性脲醛凝胶体系在塔河油田典型缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏水驱开发后期剩余油开采中的作用,设 计并制作了满足相似性条件的宏观可视化物理模型,对比研究了脲醛凝胶体系对三类不同缝洞组合结构的封堵 性能及剩余油开采效果。实验结果表明:在 150 ℃、矿化度 252 903 mg/L 条件下,水溶性脲醛凝胶体系具有良好 的注入性;在泥沙填充模型中,凝胶主要沿壁面聚集分布,在垮塌填充模型和疏松填充模型中呈连续均匀分布;该凝胶可诱导储层流体发生柔性转向,实现对储层内部介质及裂缝通道的充分胶结与封堵。水驱后注入该体 系,可使泥沙填充模型、垮塌填充模型和疏松填充模型的采收率分别再提高 18 . 61、18 . 13 和 13 . 64 个百分点,三类 模型的封堵率均稳定在 98 % 以上。研究证实,水溶性脲醛凝胶体系在不同缝洞结构中均具有优异的封堵性能与 提高采收率效果,适应性广泛,可为该技术的矿场应用提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effectiveness of water-soluble urea-formaldehyde gel system in enhancing the remaining oil recovery during the late-stage waterflooding development of typical fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in the Tahe oilfield,a macro-visualization physical model meeting similarity criteria was designed and constructed. Based on this model,a comparative study was conducted to evaluate the plugging performance of the gel and its effect on remaining oil recovery in three types of fractured-vuggy cells. The results showed that the water-soluble urea-formaldehyde gel system exhibited good injectivity under the conditions of 150 ℃ and 252 903 mg/L salinity. In sediment-filled models,the gel mainly accumulated along cavity walls,while in collapse-filled and loose fill models,it distributed continuously and uniformly. The gel could induce flexible fluid diversion in the reservoir,and achieved effective cementation and plugging of internal reservoir media and fracture channels. Furthermore,after conventional waterflooding,injection of the water-soluble urea-formaldehyde gel system increased recovery factors by 18 . 61,18 . 13,and 13 . 64 percentage points in sediment-filled,collapse-filled and loose fill models,respectively,and maintained plugging efficiency exceeding 98 % in all three model types. This research confirmed that the water-soluble urea-formaldehyde gel system delivered excellent plugging performance and enhanced oil recovery across different fractured-vuggy structures with broad adaptability,which conld provide reliable technical support for field applications of this technology.
