    针对低渗透碳酸盐岩储层常规酸化存在反应速率快、有效作用距离短、近井过度溶蚀等问题,本文研制了 一种水包油包酸 (A/O/W) 型多重乳化酸体系,以实现储层深部缓释改造与长距离酸刻蚀。该体系以白油为油 相,盐酸与乙酸复配为酸相,span 80 为内相乳化剂,外相乳化剂 OP- 10 与水构成外水相,以乳液稳定性为评价指 标,系统优化了油酸比、酸液配比、乳化剂种类与浓度,以及剪切乳化转速、乳化时间等参数,并通过高温稳定性 实验、离心剪切稳定性实验与岩心流动实验,评价其缓释性能与酸蚀改造效果。结果表明:该体系最优配方为:油酸比 5 ∶ 2,内相 为 (0 . 4 % Span 80),外相 为 (0 . 2 % OP- 10),酸相采用 5 % 盐酸 + 5 % 乙酸复配体系;最优制备工艺 为:剪切转速 15000 r/min,乳化时间 3 min。该条件下制备的多重乳化酸粒径均匀、界面膜完整,高温与离心条件 下酸液析出率最低,稳定性最优。岩心流动实验表明,该体系在近井地带 (20 cm) 可保持完整的 A/O/W 结构,体 系 pH 值约为 6;随注入距离增加逐步破乳,在 60 ~ 80 cm 深度大量释放酸液,实现深部缓释,有效延长了酸液作 用距离。本文制备的 A/O/W 多重乳化酸兼具高稳定性与深部缓释特性,可为低渗透碳酸盐岩储层酸化改造、增 产提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of fast acid-rock reaction rate,short effective penetration distance and excessive dissolution near the wellbore in conventional acidizing of low-permeability carbonate reservoirs,in this paper,an acid-in-oil-in-water (A/O/W) multiple emulsified acid system was developed to achieve sustained-release and long-distance stimulation of reservoirs. The multiple emulsified acid system was constructed with white oil as the oil phase,compounded hydrochloric acid and acetic acid as the acid phase,Span 80 as the internal-phase emulsifier,and OP- 10 and water as the external aqueous phase,with emulsion stability adopted as the evaluation index. The formulation and preparation parameters were systematically optimized by investigating factors including oil-acid ratio,acid composition,type and concentration of emulsifiers,shear emulsification speed and emulsification time. Its sustained-release performance and acid stimulation effect were evaluated through high-temperature stability test,centrifugal stability test and core flooding experiment. The results indicated that the optimal formulation consisted of an oil-to-acid ratio of 5 ∶ 2,0 . 4 % Span 80 as the internal emulsifier,0 . 2 % OP- 10 as the external emulsifier,and a mixed acid solution containing 5 % hydrochloric acid and 5 % acetic acid. The optimal preparation conditions were a shear speed of 15 000 r/min and an emulsification time of 3 min. Under these conditions,the prepared multiple emulsified acid exhibited a uniform droplet-size distribution and an intact interfacial film,leading to the lowest acid separation ratio and the highest stability under both high-temperature and centrifugal conditions. Core flooding experiments showed that the system maintained a complete A/O/W structure with a pH value of approximately 6 in the near-wellbore zone (0 — 20 cm) . It gradually demulsified with the increase of injection distance and released a large amount of acid at a depth of 60 — 80 cm,realizing sustained release and effectively extending the action distance of acid. The A/O/W multiple emulsified acid prepared in this paper possesses both high stability and sustained-release characteristics,which can provide technical support for acidizing stimulation and production enhancement of low-permeability carbonate reservoirs.
