    为避免洗井时入井流体大量漏失进入储层,造成油气层损害,以天然树脂与多元醇为主要原料,制备了暂 堵剂颗粒,将其与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、分散互溶剂等添加剂复配制得清洁屏蔽暂堵剂体系。研究了暂堵剂颗粒 的溶解性、配伍性、最优加量和暂堵剂体系对岩心的封堵解堵性能。结果表明,该暂堵剂能在油类溶剂中完全溶 解,与地层水和水源水的配伍性良好,堵剂最佳加量为50%。暂堵剂体系对岩心的封堵率可达96.24%、解堵率为 93.59%,且耐冲刷能力强。该暂堵剂体系在现场油井的应用效果较好,日均产油量从2.4 m3增至3.1 m3,含水率 有一定程度降低,可实现保护油气储层的目的。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid a large amount of fluid leaking into the reservoir during well cleaning and causing damage to oil and gas reservoir,the clean shielding temporary plugging agent(CSTPA)was prepared using natural resin and polyol as the main raw materials. Then a CSTPA system was prepared by mixing CSTPA,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,dispersing mutual solvent and other additives. The solubility,compatibility,optimum dosage and parallel plugging and de-plugging performance of the system were studied. The results showed that the temporary plugging agent could be completely dissolved in oil solvent. It had good compatibility with formation water and water source water. The optimum dosage of plugging agent was 50%. The plugging rate to core could reach 96.24% and the plugging rate was 93.59%. Furthermore,the scouring resistance was strong. The field effect of the clean shielding temporary plugging system was good. The daily average oil production was increased from 2.4 m3 to 3.6 m3,the water cut,meanwhile,was reduced to a certain extent,which indicated that the system could achieve the purpose of oil and gas reservoir protection.
