    随着国内油田对环境保护、储层保护的日益重视,绿色无毒的自降解暂堵剂成为近年来的一个研究重点。 通过将两种自降解材料复配研发了一种配方为60% PA+40% YG-1的自降解水溶性暂堵剂,研究了该暂堵剂的 溶解性、配伍性、封堵性、抗压性、分散悬浮性及对压裂液性能的影响,分析了暂堵剂水解液的成分,并在长庆低 渗透储层进行了现场应用。该暂堵剂在地层水、配液水及压裂液中8 h内的溶解率均大于95%且配伍性良好;在 50~80 ℃下对裂缝岩心的封堵率均大于80%;该暂堵剂在40 MPa压力内的破碎率小于10%;该暂堵剂在胍胶基 液中具有较好的分散悬浮性能,且该暂堵剂的水解液中只含有葡萄糖和乙醇酸,对压裂液的耐温耐剪切性能影 响很小,对储层无伤害,对环境无污染。该暂堵剂已在长庆低渗油气藏的某中高含水区块共成功应用32口井,有 效提升了裂缝岩心缝内净压力并开启新裂缝,与常规暂堵剂相比取得了更好的增产效果,同时又具有绿色环 保的优点。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing attention to environmental protection and reservoir protection in domestic oil fields,the green non-toxic self-degrading temporary plugging agent has become a research focus in recent years. A new self-degrading water-soluble temporary plugging agent was developed by combining two kinds of self-degrading materials and the formula was 60% PA+40% YG-1. The solubility,compatibility,plugging-property,compression resistance,dispersion and suspension performance and influence on fracturing fluid performance of the temporary plugging agent were studied. The composition of the temporary plugging agent hydrolysate was analyzed,and the temporary plugging agent was applied in Changqing low permeability reservoir. The dissolution rates of the temporary plugging agent in formation water,liquid preparation water and fracturing fluid within 8 hours were all more than 95% and the compatibility was good. The plugging rates of the temporary plugging agent to fractured core were more than 80% at the temperature of 50—80 ℃. The broken rate of the temporary plugging agent was less than 10% at 40 MPa. The temporary plugging agent had good dispersion and suspension performance in guar gum base solution. The temporary plugging agent hydrolysate,which contained only glucose and glycollic acid,had little influence on the rheologic property of fracturing fluid and was environment-friendly. The new temporary plugging agent had been successfully applied in 32 wells in a middle and high water-cut block of Changqing low permeability reservoir. The results showed that the new temporary plugging agent could effectively increase the fracture net pressure and open new fractures. Compared with the conventional temporary plugging agent, the new temporary plugging agent had better stimulation effect and the advantage of environmental protection.
