    摘要:

    为解决目前渤海油田调剖/调驱组合技术面临的难题,助力渤海油田多轮次调剖/调驱效果提升,以渤中 34-2/4储层为模拟对象,在层内非均质岩心上开展了“酚醛凝胶/聚合物微球”调剖调驱注入参数及组合方式优化 研究。结果表明,组成为“聚合物(3 g/L)+酚醛树脂类交联剂(3 g/L)+固化剂间苯二酚(3 g/L)”的酚醛凝胶具有 较高的成胶强度,可对高渗层产生良好封堵作用,浓度为3 g/L的“超分子型”聚合物微球具有较好的水化膨胀作 用,可实现宏观和微观液流转向效果。二者相互促进,最终实现良好的增油降水效果。随岩心非均质性增加,水 驱采收率减小,酚醛凝胶/聚合物微球的调剖、调驱采收率增幅呈现“先增后降”趋势。从技术经济角度考虑,调 剖、调驱合理注入时机为含水率 80%~90%,调剖剂合理段塞尺寸为 0.10~0.20 PV,调驱剂合理段塞尺寸为 0.20~0.30 PV;与大段塞、整体注入方式相比较,小段塞、多轮次交替注入方式可以减小微球注入端滞留作用和 减缓剖面反转速率,进而提高液流转向效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems faced by the current profile control and flooding combination technology in Bohai oilfield,and promote the oil increasing effect,BZ34-2/4 reservoir was taken as the simulation object,and the injection parameters and combination mode of profile control and flooding of phenolic gel/polymer microspheres were the optimized by the simulated experiments in heterogeneous cores. The results showed that phenolic gel,consisted of 3 g/L polymer,3 g/L phenolic resin crosslinking agent and 3 g/L resorcinol curing agent,had higher gelation strength and good plugging effect on high permeable layer. Supramolecular polymer microspheres with concentration of 3 g/L had good hydration swelling effect,which could achieve macro and micro fluid diversion effect. With the increase of core heterogeneity,water flooding recovery decreasesd,and the oil recovery of profile control and flooding presented a trend of "increase first and then decrease". From the technical and economic point of view,the reasonable injection timing of profile control and displacement control was 80%—90% of water cut,and the reasonable slug size of profile control agent was about 0.10—0.20 PV,and the reasonable slug size of flooding agent was about 0.20—0.30 PV. Compared with large slug and integral injection,small slug and multiple rounds of alternate injection could reduce the retention of microspheres at the injection end and slow down the inversion speed of profile,so as to improve the effect of fluid diversion.
