可重复使用的水基压裂液的制备与性能评价

    针对目前水基压裂返排液重复利用效率低的问题,本文以一种疏水缔合型聚合物BT1218为增稠剂、十二 烷基苯磺酸和三乙醇胺为黏度促进剂FJ-1、Na2CO3为pH调节剂、KCl为黏土防膨剂、氨基磺酸与过硫酸盐为复 合破胶剂,制备了一种可重复使用的水基压裂液RFrac-H,同时利用RFrac-H破胶液制备了新的压裂液,并对其 耐温、耐剪切性和破胶性能进行了评价。实验表明:0.4% BT1218+0.1% Na2CO3+0.5% KCl+0.30% FJ-1制备的 RFrac-H压裂液,在170 s-1下,温度由30 ℃升至120 ℃时,压裂液的黏度大于50 mPa·s,压裂液在100 ℃、170 s-1 下连续剪切60 min后的黏度大于40 mPa·s,静态沉砂速率为0.0214 cm/s,破胶液的黏度为2.51 mPa·s,表面张力 为24.4 mN/m,油水界面张力为0.282 mN/m,黏土防膨率大于80%。利用RFrac-H破胶液重复制备压裂液的性 能完全满足压裂液性能指标要求,且破胶液重复使用次数多,压裂液制备成本低。利用破胶液制备的压裂液与 RFrac-H比较,增稠剂和黏度促进剂加量减少了70%以上。

    Abstract:

    In view of the current low efficiency of reuse of water-based fracturing flowback fluid,A reusable water-based fracturing fluid RFrac-H was prepared used a hydrophobic associative polymer BT1218 as a thickener,and dodecylbenzenesulfonate and triethanolamine as a viscosity accelerator FJ-1,Na2CO3 as pH regulator,KCl as clay anti-swelling agent,sulfamic acid and persulfate as composite breaker,and RFrac-H gel breaker was also used to prepare new fracturing fluid,and the temperature resistance,shear resistance and gel breaking performance of the fracturing fluid were evaluated. Experiments results showed that when the temperature rose from 30 ℃ to 120 ℃,the viscosity of RFrac-H fracturing fluid,composed of 0.4% BT1218+0.1% Na2CO3+0.5%KCl+0.30% FJ-1,was greater than 50 mPa·s at the shear rate of 170 s-1;the viscosity of the above fracturing fluid was greater than 40 mPa·s after continuous shearing for 60 min at the temperature of 100℃ and at the shear rate of 170 s-1,and its static settlement velocity of suspended sand was 0.0214 cm/s. After breaking,the viscosity of the breaker fluid was 2.51 mPa·s,the surface tension was 24.4 mN/m,the interfacial tension was 0.282 mN/m,and the clay anti-swelling rate was greater than 80%. The performance of the fracturing fluid prepared by RFrac-H breaker fully met the requirements of fracturing fluid performance indicators,and the breaker fluid could be reused several times,which could reduce the cost of liquid preparation notably. Compared with RFrac-H,the fracturing fluid prepared by using breaker fluid had a reduction of more than 70% in the amount of thickener and viscosity accelerator.
