为了获得一种适用于低渗透裂缝油藏的环氧树脂堵剂体系，研究了稀释剂对环氧树脂的稀释效果、固化时 间、密度、树脂固化物强度以及收缩性等的影响。研究表明，在中温油藏条件下，无水乙醇的稀释效果最佳，其对 强度等性能的影响较小，用量过多时固化物的收缩性影响较大，加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）复配，复配比为 1∶3～1∶5时复合稀释剂有良好的稀释效果，且固化时间可调，加入预处理的微硅粉可以提高固化物强度至10 MPa以上，同时对固化物体积收缩率影响较小（收缩率在1%～2%之间），且树脂堵剂固化物具有一定的韧性。 在封堵裂缝时，应尽量调整体系密度与地层水密度接近。环氧树脂体系的封堵率很高（＞99%），完全可以封堵 大裂缝。
In order to obtain a suitable high strength plugging agent for tight fractured reservoirs treatment，epoxy resin was investigated in this work. The effects of the diluent on the dilution，ageing time，density，strength and contractility of epoxy resin were studied. The results showed that the absolute ethyl alcohol had a good effect on the dilution，and it also had little effect on the epoxy resin strength. But the excess ethyl alcohol would lead to a high contractility. The diisobutyl phthalate（DBP）was used to combine with ethyl alcohol，and it showed a good performance when the mixed proportion was in range of 1∶3—1∶5，and the setting time was controllable. The addition of the silica fume could significantly improve the setting strength up to 10 MPa，and the contractility was only about 1%—2%，meanwhile，the cured product of the resin plugging agent had certain toughness. Besides， the density of the plugging agent should be adjusted close with the formation water. The plugging ratio could be more than 99%， indicating that the system was suitable to seal large cracks.
