针对储气库在交变载荷作用下易发生封隔失效的问题，优选了热熔型自愈合材料 RS-1，研究了其对水泥石自愈合的影响规律，同时为改善体系水泥石的弹、韧性及胶结强度，加入纤维增韧剂 XW46和膨胀剂 BS500，配合其他外加剂形成了密度 1.89 g/cm3的自愈合水泥浆体系，研究了该体系的常规性能、自愈合性能和力学性能。研究结果表明，自愈合水泥石 1 d愈合缝宽可达 150 μm以上；7 d压折比与胶结强度较常规水泥浆分别提高 33%、67%；弹性模量仅 5854 MPa，弹性极限应力与应变则分别为 37 MPa、0.77%，同时交变循环应力加载第 7周时弹性恢复率达 77%以上。该自愈合水泥浆体系适用于储气库 75~ 90℃的井口压力为 13~ 37 MPa范围的储气库固井。图 5表5参 16
Aiming at the problem that gas storage is prone to seal failure under alternating load，a hot-melt self-healing material RS-1 was selected and its influence on self-healing of cement paste was studied. At the same time，in order to improve the elasticity，toughness and cementing strength of cement paste，fiber flexibility agent XW46 and expansive agent BS500 was added with other additives to form a self-healing cement paste system with a density of 1.89 g/cm3. The conventional properties，self-healing properties and mechanical properties of the system were studied. The results showed that the 1-day healing crack width of cement paste could reach more than 150 μm；the 7-day compression-folding ratio and cementation strength of cement paste could be increased by 33% and 67%，respecitively，compared to that of the conventional cement paste；the elastic modulus was only 5854 MPa，while the elastic limit stress and strain was 37 MPa and 0.77%，respectively，and the elastic recovery rate was over 77% after 7 times of cyclic stress loading. The self-healing cement paste system is suitable for gas storage cementing with wellhead pressure rang of 13—37 MPa at the temperature of 75—90℃.
