    摘要:

    泡沫酸具有黏度高、滤失小和易返排的优点,但耐高温能力差和和不耐高盐等问题严重制约着泡沫酸体系在塔河油田的应用。为了提高塔河油田水平井的酸化效果,研制了一种配方为 20%HCl+1%铁离子稳定剂XC-16+2%缓蚀剂 XC-13+1%破乳剂 XC-08+0.9%起泡剂 FRC-1+0.3%稳泡剂 CNC+1.5%无机纳米 SiO2颗粒的耐高温、耐盐深穿透泡沫酸体系,考察了该体系的泡沫稳定性、耐温耐盐性能及酸岩反应性能。研究表明,该泡沫酸体系在 150℃、170 s-1下剪切 30 min的条件下,泡沫酸的黏度仍大于 40 mPa·s,耐温性能明显优于胶凝酸(相同实验条件下的黏度仅为 20 mPa·s);该泡沫酸体系的耐盐性能优良,在 10×104 mg/L的高矿化度条件下仍能保持较好的起泡和稳泡性能,起泡体积为 400 mL,泡沫半衰期为 2435 s;在 150℃下不同酸液体系的酸岩反应速率按从小到大排序为:泡沫酸<冻胶酸<转向酸<胶凝酸,泡沫酸低反应速率有利于形成深穿透酸蚀缝。该泡沫酸体系已在 TPP井成功应用,压后日产油 32 t,取得较好效果。图 6表 1参 10

    Abstract:

    Foam acid has the advantages of high viscosity,low filtration and easy backflow,but the poor performance of high temperature tolerance and high salt tolerance are seriously restricting the application of the foam acid system in Tahe oilfield. In order to improve the acidification effect of foam acid in horizontal well,a new type of deep penetration foam acid system with high temperature and salt resistance,composed of 20% HCl+1% iron stabilizer XC-16 +2% corrosion inhibitor XC-13 +1% demulsifier XC-08 +0.9% blowing agent FRC-1+0.3% stable foam agent CNC+1.5% inorganic SiO2 nanoparticles,was developed,then the stability,salt resistance and acid rock reaction of the foam system was investigated. Experiment results showed that the viscosity of the foam acid was more than 40 mPa·s after sheared for 30 min at the temperature of 150℃ and at the shear rate of 170 s -1,which indicated that the temperature resistant performance of the foam acid was better than that of the gelled acid,the viscosity under the same experimental conditions being of 20 mPa·s. The foam acid system developed in the study was able to maintain good foaming and foam stabilization performance in 10×104 mg/L high salinity conditions,the foaming volume was 400 mL and the foam half-life was 2435 s.
