含油污泥调剖体系在裂缝性油藏的应用

    针对准东油田含油污泥固相含量高且不具备处理条件的情况,结合裂缝性油藏水井调剖需要高强度堵剂,通过添加稠化剂、交联剂、固化剂制备了3种不同强度的含油污泥调剖剂,评价了其悬浮性能、封堵性能和固化强度。结果表明,准东油田含油污泥中大于40目的固相颗粒可以携带进入地层,污泥利用率达90%以上。30%含油污泥+0.3%稠化剂形成污泥悬浮体系,悬浮时间大于60min。30%含油污泥+0.3%稠化剂+0.2%交联剂形成污泥冻胶体系,在40℃-90℃范围内,成胶强度稳定,矿化度50000mg/L以内,成胶强度基本不受影响,具有较好的稳定性和耐剪切性,岩心流动实验显示封堵率大于85%,突破压力大于6.8Mpa。30%含油污泥+0.3%稠化剂+0.2%交联剂+(0.6-0.7)%固化剂形成污泥固化体系,抗压强度4.6 Mpa。3种污泥体系的强度不同,组合使用可以实现对裂缝油藏的有效封堵。现场规模应用36井次,累计处理含油污泥31186m3,节约污泥处理费用1500万元,井组累计增油7956吨,实现了改善油田开发效果和含油污泥资源化利用的目的。

    Abstract:

    In view of the high solid phase content of oil-containing sludge and the lack of treatment conditions in the ZhunDong oilfield, combined with the need of cracked oil storage wells, three different strength oily sludge profile agents were prepared by adding thickening agents, cross-linking agents and curing agents, and its suspension performance, blocking performance and curing strength were evaluated. The results show that solid-phase particles with oil-containing sludge greater than 40 Mesh in the ZhunDong oilfield can be carried into the formation, and the utilization rate of sludge is more than 90%. 30% oily sludge + 0.3% thickener forms a sludge suspension system with a suspension time greater than 60min. 30% oily sludge + 0.3% thickener + 0.2% crosslinker to form a sludge frozen glue system, in the range of 40 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius , the strength of the glue is stable, mineralization degree of 50000mg/L, the strength of the glue is basically unaffected, with better stability and shear resistance, core flow experiments show that the system has over 85% plugging rate, and over 6.8 Mpa breakthrough pressure. 30% oily sludge + 0.3% thickener + 0.2% crosslinker + (0.6-0.7) % curing agent to form a sludge curing system, pressure strength 4.6 Mpa. The strength of the three sludge systems is different, and the combined use can achieve effective sealing of crack oil deposits. On-site scale application of 36 wells, cumulative treatment of oily sludge 31186m3, saving sludge treatment costs of 15 million yuan, well group cumulative oil increase of 7956 tons. The purpose of improve the effect of oil field development and oily sludge resource utilization has been realized.
