    随着国内油田对环境保护、储层保护的日益重视,绿色无毒的自降解暂堵剂成为近年来的一个研究重点。通过将两种自降解材料复配,研发了一种新型自降解水溶性暂堵剂,配方为60%PA+40%YG-1。该暂堵剂在地层水、配液水及压裂液中8小时内的溶解率均大于95%且配伍性良好;在50℃-80℃下对裂缝岩心的封堵率均大于80%;在40MPa压力内,破碎率小于10%;在胍胶基液中具有较好的分散悬浮性能;对压裂液的耐温耐剪切性能影响较小;GC-MS分析判定该暂堵剂水解液中只含有葡萄糖和乙醇酸,对储层无伤害对环境无污染。该新型暂堵剂在长庆低渗油气藏的某中高含水区块共成功应用32口井,结果表明该暂堵剂可有效提升缝内净压力并开启新裂缝,与常规暂堵剂相比取得了更好的增产效果,同时又具有绿色环保的优点,应用前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing attention to environmental protection and reservoir protection in domestic oil fields, the green non-toxic self-degrading temporary plugging agent has become a research focus in recent years. A new self-degrading water-soluble temporary plugging agent was developed by combining two kinds of self-degrading materials and the formula was 60%PA+40%YG-1. The dissolution rates of the temporary plugging agent in formation water, liquid preparation water and fracturing fluid within 8 hours were all more than 95% and the compatibility was good. The plugging rates of the temporary plugging agent to fractured core were more than 80% in 50℃-80℃. The broken rate of the temporary plugging agent was less than 10% at 40MPa. The temporary plugging agent has good dispersion and suspension performance in guar gum base solution and it has little influence on the rheologic property of fracturing fluid. It can be concluded through GC-MS that the temporary plugging agent hydrolysate contains only glucose and glycollic acid and has no pollution to the environment. The new temporary plugging agent has been successfully applied in 32 wells in a middle and high water-cut block of Changqing low permeability reservoir and the results show that the new temporary plugging agent can effectively increase the fracture net pressure and open new fractures. Compared with the conventional temporary plugging agent, the new temporary plugging agent has better stimulation effect and the advantage of environmental protection, having a broad application prospect.
