    摘要:

    随着环保法规的日益严苛,钻井液页岩抑制剂在保证优异性能的同时,其环保属性越来越受到研究人员重视。本文在阐述泥页岩水化膨胀机理的基础上,介绍了胺基、丙烯酰胺基、生物大分子基、多元醇/聚合醇基、硅基等五大类页岩抑制剂近十年来的国内外研究现状,对比分析了各类抑制剂在抑制性和环保性方面的优缺点,并探讨了环保型抑制剂未来的发展趋势。

    Abstract:

    With the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations, environmental-friendly shale inhibitors with excellent inhibition are more and more valued by researchers. therefore. This article first discusses the mechanism of shale hydrated swelling and expansion, and then introduces the research status of environmentally friendly shale inhibitors at home and abroad in the past decade, including amine based, acrylamide-based, biomacromolecule-based, polyol-based, silicon-based shale inhibitor. The advantages and disadvantages of the inhibition capacity and toxicity of various inhibitors are compared and analyzed, and the future development trend of environmentally friendly inhibitors are discussed.
