    摘要:

    钻井液循环漏失被称为“油气井钻井中最严重的问题”。裂缝作为钻井过程客观因素以及钻井液密度影响产生诱导性裂缝,直接影响着漏失的发生与处理。碳酸盐裂缝性地层在平衡钻进过程中,一旦钻遇裂缝就可能发生井漏。对裂缝性漏失发生的认识以及堵漏材料的发展,决定着堵漏成功与否。本文重点从裂缝性地层漏失机理、堵漏剂种类、配方、工艺等方面综述了近三年的最新研究成果。此外,还介绍了井眼强化等井漏预防工程技术方法、漏层确定方法优缺点等。最后给出了一些建议,为以后油气钻井堵漏作业提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Drilling ?uid circulation loss is referred to as “the most severe problem in drilling of oil and gas wells”. Formation pressure and fracture, as objective factors in drilling process and the influence of drilling fluid density, produce induced fractures, which directly affect the occurrence and treatment of loss. In the process of balance pressure drilling in fractured carbonate formation, fluid loss is possible when the hole penetrates the fracture. The understanding of lost circulation mechanism and the development of lost circulation materials determine the success. The review highlights the latest achievements in the aspects of lost circulation mechanism, types of lost circulation materials, drilling ?uid formulation and technology. In addition, the engineering methods of well prevention, such as well strengthening, and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods for determining the leakage layer are also introduced. Finally, some suggestions are given, which can be used for reference in the future.
