    摘要:

    目前废弃钻井液污染问题一直备受关注,虽然近几年来废弃钻井液处理技术不断地完善,但是并没有从源头上解决钻井液的污染问题。概述了国内外各种环保型钻井液处理剂研究现状,其中天然高分子处理剂制造工艺简单、原材料来源广、但抗温和抗盐能力差;改性天然高分子处理剂抗高温和抗盐能力强,但制作工艺复杂;环保型合成聚合物处理剂性能稳定,抗温和抗盐能力强,但是成本高。通过分析总结,得出具有抗高温、抗污染能力强且成本低的环保钻井液处理剂具有较好的发展前景。环保型钻井液处理剂的应用,不仅能够减少废弃钻井液处理的成本,也能够从根源上解决钻井液污染问题,所以钻井液处理剂的研究是解决钻井液污染问题的关键。

    Abstract:

    At present, the problem of waste drilling fluid pollution has been attracting much attention. Although the treatment technology of waste drilling fluid has been improved continuously in recent years, the problem of waste drilling fluid pollution has not been solved from the source. This paper summarizes the research status of various environmental drilling fluid additives at home and abroad, and points out that natural polymer additives have simple manufacturing process, wide source of raw materials, but poor resistance to mild and pollution. Modified natural polymer primer has strong resistance to high temperature and pollution, but its production process is complex. Environmental synthetic polymer primer has stable performance, strong resistance to mild and pollution, but high cost.Through analysis and summary, it is concluded that the environmental drilling fluid additives with high temperature resistance and strong anti-pollution ability has a good development prospect.The application of environmentally friendly drilling fluid treating additives can not only reduce the cost of waste drilling fluid treatment, but also solve the problem of drilling fluid pollution from the root. Therefore, the research and application of drilling fluid additivesis is the key to solve the problem of drilling fluid pollution.
