    改性氧化石墨烯纳米片是一种基于氧化石墨烯改性的新型纳米材料。我们研究了改性氧化石墨烯纳米片的尺寸和形貌以及它们与油和盐水溶液的相互作用。此外,还对改性氧化石墨烯纳米片与聚合物二元增效体系的相应性能进行了研究。动态光散射和扫描电镜实验结果显示,改性氧化石墨烯纳米片的典型尺寸为217.7nm,在水溶液中呈片状松散堆积。油水界面张力研究表明,改性氧化石墨烯纳米片体系及其与聚合物二元增效体系均能在改性氧化石墨烯加量为10mg·L-1的极低浓度下,可以将界面张力降低到10-3mN·m-1,并且在加量为50mg·L-1的极低浓度下,可以将界面张力降低到10-4mN·m-1,表明其具有较高的活性和在油水界面上均匀分布的能力。乳化实验结果显示,无论是否存在聚合物条件下,油水分离时间都随改性氧化石墨烯纳米片浓度的增加而增加。此外,我们认为改性氧化石墨烯纳米片与聚合物通过氢键和静电相互作用,加入100mg·L-1的改性氧化石墨烯纳米片后可以使聚合物溶液的粘度增粘率达到60%以上。岩心驱油实验结果表明,在水驱基础上改性氧化石墨烯纳米片与聚合物二元增效体系可使采收率在水驱基础上的再提高26.25%。

    Abstract:

    Modified graphene oxide nanosheet is a newly developed nanomaterial based on graphene oxides for EOR applications. We examined the size and morphology of modified graphene oxide nanosheet as well as their interaction with oil and brine solutions. In addition, systematic study on the properties of the modified graphene oxide nanosheet/polymer mixture was also performed. The results show that modified graphene oxide nanosheet material has a typical size of 217.7 nm and piles up loosely in the aqueous solution. No matter the modified graphene oxide nanosheet solution or mixed polymer solution, with a very low concentration of 10mg·L-1 and 50mg·L-1 of modified graphene oxide nanosheet, they can reduce the interfacial tension to 10-3mN·m-1 and 10-4mN·m-1 indicating its highly activity and the ability to uniformly distribute at the oil/water interface. When mixed with the polymer solution, the interface tension still remains low at 10-4mN·m-1 and the separation time between water and oil was found to increase with the concentration of modified graphene oxide nanosheet. Furthermore, we observed that modified graphene oxide nanosheet had the ability to interact with polymer and adding 100mg·L-1 of modified graphene oxide nanosheet can double the viscosity of polymer solution. Finally, the core flooding test result revealed that the modified graphene oxide nanosheet /polymer mixture can increase oil recovery efficiency by another 26.25% after water flooding.
