    调剖/调驱技术组合方式制约着调剖/调驱技术效果发挥,为解决目前渤海油田调剖/调驱组合技术面临的难题,助力渤海油田多轮次调剖/调驱效果提升,本文以渤中34-2/4储层为模拟对象,在层内非均质岩心上开展了“酚醛凝胶/微球”调剖调驱注入参数及组合方式优化研究。结果表明,酚醛凝胶组成为“聚合物(3000mg/L)+交联剂(3000mg/L)+固化剂(3000mg/L)”时具有较高的成胶强度,可对高渗层产生良好封堵作用,浓度为3000mg/L的“超分子型”聚合物微球具有较好的水化膨胀作用,可实现宏观和微观液流转向效果,二者相互促进,最终实现良好的增油降水效果。随岩心非均质性增加,水驱采收率减小,调剖、调驱采收率增幅呈现“先增后降”趋势。从技术经济角度考虑,调剖、调驱合理注入时机为含水率80%~90%,调剖剂合理段塞尺寸为0.10PV~0.20PV,调驱剂合理段塞尺寸为0.20PV~0.30PV;与大段塞、整体注入方式相比较,小段塞、多轮次交替注入方式可以减小微球注入端滞留作用和减缓剖面反转速度,进而提高液流转向效果。

    Abstract:

    The combination of profile control and flooding technology restricts the oil increasing effect. In order to solve the problems faced by the current profile control and flooding combination technology in Bohai oilfield, and promote the oil increasing effect. BZ34-2/4 reservoir was taken as the simulation object, and injection parameters and combination mode of profile control and flooding of phenolic gel/ microspheres were carried out in heterogeneous cores. The results showed that phenolic gel consist of "polymer (3000mg/L) + crosslinking agent (3000mg/L) + curing agent (3000mg/L)" had higher gelation strength and good plugging effect on high permeable layer. Supramolecular polymer microspheres with concentration of 3000mg/L had good hydration swelling effect, which could achieve macro and micro fluid diversion effect, and the two promoted each other, so as to achieve an oil increasing and water decreasing effect. With the increase of core heterogeneity, water flooding recovery decreases, and the oil recovery of profile control and flooding presents a trend of "increase first and then decrease". From the technical and economic point of view, the reasonable injection timing of profile control and displacement control is 80%~90% of water content, and the reasonable slug size of profile control agent is about 0.10PV~0.20PV, the reasonable slug size of flooding agent is about 0.20PV~0.30PV. Compared with large slug and integral injection, small slug and multiple rounds of alternate injection can reduce the retention of microspheres at the injection end and slow down the inversion speed of profile, so as to improve the effect of fluid diversion.
