      渤海S油田储层中孔隙非均质严重、大孔道窜流十分普遍,导致注水或常规调剖过程中化学剂沿大孔道窜流指进,从而降低了驱替效果。为了解决这一问题,本文研制了一种复合交联插层高分子微球溶胶XD。XD在吸水20h后达到最大膨胀倍数8g/g左右,注入期间粘度较低使XD在大孔道中具有较好的注入性,随后具有吸附能力的基团在水溶剂中逐渐伸展,增加XD表面的粘度但不溶解仍具有弹性和韧性的微球,在进入油层深部后仍具有较强的弹性、韧性和粘附能力;利用微球的封堵机理和增强微球与岩石之间吸附能力,显著提高了XD进入油层深部和达到封堵高渗透多孔介质的能力,满足渗透率大于3000mD甚至更高渗透储层的深部调堵需求,岩心驱替实验表明注入XD后二次水驱提高采收率可提高15.7%。

      In Bohai S oilfield, the heterogeneity of pores is very serious and large channel flow is common, leading to chemical fingering in large pore channels during water injection or conventional profile control, reduced the displacement effect. In order to solve this problem, a composite crosslinked intercalated polymer microsphere sol XD was developed. XD reaches the maximum expansion multiple of 8G / G after 20h of water absorption. During this period, the viscosity is low, which makes XD have better injectivity in the large pore, and then the groups with adsorption capacity gradually extend in the water solvent, which increases the viscosity of XD surface but does not dissolve the microspheres with elasticity and toughness, which still have strong elasticity, toughness and adhesion after entering the deep oil layer; the sealing of microspheres is used The mechanism and the enhancement of the adsorption capacity between the microsphere and the rock can significantly improve the XD"s ability to enter the depth of the reservoir and to block the high-permeability porous media, and meet the demand of deep water plugging for the reservoir with permeability greater than 3000md or even higher. The core displacement experiment shows that the enhanced oil recovery of secondary water flooding can be increased by 15.7% after XD injection.
