      聚合物驱、凝胶驱是我国陆上油田最主要的两种驱油体系。本文简述了两者的特性和之前关于两者优选的相关研究。为考察等成本条件下聚合物和凝胶驱的驱油效果,采用三联填砂岩心管,模拟了不同浓度聚合物驱、不同浓度凝胶驱及聚合物-凝胶组合驱的采收率增幅,以及聚合物-凝胶交替注入工艺对采收率增幅的影响。实验结果表明:对于均质油藏,相同药剂成本的低浓度聚合物驱、高浓度聚合物驱、低浓度凝胶驱及聚合物-凝胶组合驱采收率增幅差异不明显,单纯高浓度凝胶驱采收率增幅略小;对于非均质油藏,等成本凝胶驱及凝胶-聚合物驱组合采收率增幅明显大于单纯的聚合物驱或凝胶驱。其中凝胶-聚合物组合驱采收率增幅最大。等成本的凝胶-聚合物组合驱交替注入工艺对采收率增幅有显著影响,其中凝胶-聚合物组合驱4次交替注入采收率增幅最明显。该研究结果可为中高渗透油藏选择化学驱体系提供借鉴。

      Polymer flooding and crosslinked polymer gel (CPG) flooding are the two most important oil displacement systems in China"s onshore oil fields. This article outlines the characteristics of both systems and previous related studies. In order to investigate the oil displacement effect of polymer and gel flooding under equal cost conditions, triple-filled sandstone tubes were used to simulate the different concentrations of polymer flooding, CPG flooding and polymer-CPG flooding and alternate injection process of polymer- CPG flooding on the increase in recovery rate. The experimental results show that for homogeneous reservoirs, equal cost of the low-concentration polymer flooding, high-concentration polymer flooding, low-concentration CPG flooding and polymer-CPG combined flooding yield increase in recovery rate being not obvious, and the increase of high-concentration pure CPG flooding is slightly smaller; for heterogeneous reservoirs, the increase in recovery rate of the equal cost CPG flooding and polymer-CPG combined flooding is significantly greater than that of pure polymer flooding or CPG flooding. Among them, the recovery rate of polymer-CPG combined flooding increased the most. The injection process of equal cost polymer-CPG combined flooding has a significant effect on the recovery rate, and the effect of 4 times alternate injections on the increase in recovery rate is the most obvious. The results of this study can provide a reference for the selection of chemical flooding systems for medium and high permeability reservoirs.
