      对于国内海上油田和国外高温高盐油田,由于受配制用水矿化度和温度的限制,在聚驱方面需要一种抗高温和高盐的聚合物,而有的产品虽然能达到指标,但对油气水处理方面存在着很大影响。本文分析了耐温耐盐分子的结构特点,先选取了几种功能单体与AM进行二元共聚,在比较了分子量、粘度、热稳定性等性能之后,确定了以AM、AMPS、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺为主要成分的三元共聚物,既引入了磺酸基团,增加了抗盐性,又引入了支化结构,增大了位阻,最终开发出一种耐温耐盐性能良好的聚合物产品,其质量配比为78:20:2。产品的主要性能指标为在85℃、配制水矿化度32000mg/L条件下(钙镁离子浓度1000mg/L),开发的耐温耐盐聚合物产品2000mg/L浓度时的粘度≥20mPa.s,两个月热稳定性≥75%(粘度保留率)。从粘度、热稳定性等性能指标可以看出,该三元共聚物满足技术指标要求,同时避免了疏水缔合结构对油气水处理的影响。两个月热稳定性≥75%(粘度保留率)。

      For domestic offshore oilfields and foreign high-temperature and high-salt oilfields, duing the limitation of salinity and temperature of prepared water, a kind of high-temperature and high-salt resistant polymer is needed in EOR. Although some products can meet the targets, they have a great impact on oil and gas water treatment. In this paper, the structural characteristics of temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant molecules are analyzed, several functional monomers are selected for binary copolymerization with AM. After comparing the properties of molecular weight, viscosity and thermal stability, the ternary copolymers with AM, AMPS, N, N-dimethylacrylamide as the main components are determined. The branched structure was introduced and the steric structure was increased. Finally, a kind of polymer with good temperature and salt resistance was developed., and the mass ratio was 78:20:2. The main performance of the product is more than 20 mPa.s in viscosity, at the concentration of 2000 mg/L and the thermal stability is more than 75% (viscosity retention rate) in two months under the condition of 85℃ and the salinity of the prepared water is 32000 mg/L (calcium and magnesium ion concentration is 1000 mg/L). From the viscosity, thermal stability and other performance indicators, it meets the technical requirements, while avoiding the hydrophobic association structure on the impact of oil and gas water treatment.
