      亚微米水泥的平均粒径小于1 μm,它有两个反常的性质:粒径小而流变性好,固化后体积明显膨胀。将G级、超细和亚微米水泥浆置于密闭比色管在烘箱内恒温养护,这三种不同粒径的水泥浆固化过程中的形变特征既有许多相似又有明显不同,且具有规律性。本文探讨了水泥浆固化过程中的形变机理,认为:水化反应不同阶段浆体内微粒受力状态不同,先后经历了相互排斥、相互吸引和相互挤压,是水泥浆依次出现微量膨胀、收缩、开裂、膨胀、析水等诸多现象的根本原因。
英文摘要:
      the mean size of submicron cement is less than 1 μm. It has two abnormal properties: small particle size but good rheological property, and the volume of the cement is obviously expanded after curing. The G, superfine and submicron cement paste is kept in closed colorimetric tube in the oven at a constant temperature. The deformation characteristics of the three different sizes of cement paste have many similarities and distinctly different and regular. In this paper, the deformation mechanism of cement paste in the process of solidification is discussed. It is considered that the force state of the particles in the cement paste is different in different stages of the hydration reaction, and has experienced exclusion, attraction and pressure. It is the root cause of many phenomena, such as micro expansion, shrinkage, cracking, expansion and water evolution .
