      压裂液延迟破胶对实现压裂工艺具有重要的意义。本文通过反相微乳液聚合制备了一种包覆破胶剂的聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)核壳型微球。将它作为破胶剂的实验组与直接加入氧化剂的对照组在高温下降解,通过对该过程中粘度和pH的分析,评价其缓释效果。结果表明,这种微球能缓释过硫酸铵,抑制其对聚丙烯酰胺的自由基降解和氧化作用,能够将破坏效果延迟1小时以上。
英文摘要:
      The delayed break colloid of fracturing fluid is of great significance to the fracturing. In this paper, a core-shell microsphere of poly (styrene-acrylamide) carried gel breaker was prepared by reverse phase microemulsion polymerization. The slow release effect was evaluated by its viscosity and pH analysis during pyrolysis as a gel breaker and control group. The results show that the microsphere can inhibit the free radical degradation and oxidation of polyacrylamide by the slow release of ammonium persulfate, and play a certain role in delaying the destruction.
