      针对目前所用膨胀剂存在的问题,通过借鉴调剖堵水技术原理,选用丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸酯制备了100nm左右的交联聚合物微球,对其在水泥浆中膨胀性能进行了评价,在水泥浆中加入0.6%BWOC聚合物微球膨胀剂后,养护7d水泥石膨胀率最高达1.62%,远远高于目前在用膨胀剂,且如果水泥石出现裂缝遇到水窜后,聚合物微球膨胀剂可进一步发生膨胀堵塞裂缝,阻止水窜的发生。目前该技术在大港油田调整井官XX井成功实施,固井一界面胶结质量合格率92%,二界面胶结质量合格率85%,与同区块井相比,一界面合格率提高25%,二界面合格率提高40%,且在后期试采过程中水窜的发生。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problems existing in the current expansive agent, using acrylamide, 2- acrylamide -2- methyl propane sulfonic acid and acrylate to prepare 100nm cross-linked polymer microspheres by referring to the principle of profile control and water plugging technology. The expansion performance of the cement slurry is evaluated. After adding 0.6%BWOC polymer microsphere expansive agent into cement slurry, the rate of expansion of 7D cement paste is up to 1.62%, far higher than that of the expansive agent currently used. If cement cracks occur after water channeling, polymer microsphere expansion agent can further expand and block cracks and prevent water channeling. At present, the technology is successfully implemented Guan XX adjustment well in Dagang Oilfield. The qualified rate of Sthe first interface cementing quality is 92%, and the qualified rate of the second interface quality is 85%. Compared with the block wells, the increase of 25% and 40% respectively, and no water channeling occurred during the later stage of trial production.
