      近几年随着油田注水水质标准的不断提高,污水处理技术不断更新,虽然水质达到了要求,但也带来了污泥的不断增加的问题,作为危险废弃物,含油污泥的处理一直是困扰油田的难题。凝胶颗粒作为调驱剂被大量应用于现场,主要依靠填加搬土等无机物来提高产品性能。研究采用含油污泥代替搬土制备出了含油污泥填充凝胶颗粒调驱剂,其污泥添加量达到40%以上,在温度110℃、矿化度20×104mg/l的高温高盐环境下体系膨胀倍数可达到3-5倍。该研究成果响应环保,将含油污泥变废为宝,实现资源再利用,同时降低现有调驱剂成本,提高了经济效益和企业的处理积极性,为油田提高采收率,减轻环保压力,提供了技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      Along with oilfields in recent years raised the standard of oilfield sewage treatment, new treatment technologies emerge and the headache problem of oilfield sludge occurred though the water quality has met related requirements. As a hazardous waste, the treatment of oily sludge has been a difficult problem that plagued the oil fields. Gel particles are used in the field as a profile control agent, The gel particles are used in the field as a flood control agent, which mainly depends on the inorganic materials such as filling and adding bentonite to improve the performance of the products. In this study, The oil sludge filled gel particle profile control agent was prepared by replacing bentonite with oily sludge,The amount of sludge added to the sludge was over 40%. The expansion ratio of the system can reach 3-5 times in the high temperature and high salinity environment of 110℃ and 20×104mg/l mineralization. The research results respond to environmental protection, make waste profitabl, realize the recycle of resources, reduce the cost of the current profile control agent, improve the economic efficiency and the enthusiasm of enterprises, and provide technical support for improving oil recovery and reducing environmental pressure.
