      深水高温高压油气井测试过程中的油气在运移过程中与隔水管段会与海水发生热传导和热交换,使井筒中流体的温度降低,易发生低温盐析和形成气体水合物的风险。本文基于低导热系数可减小井筒流体和外界海水热交换的原理,通过室内实验研发了一种适用于深水高温高压井作业的无固相高密度隔热测试液,并对其导热系数、水合物抑制性、高压盐结晶、高温腐蚀性等性能进行了综合评价。结果表明,该体系具有很低的导热系数,导热系数小于0.34 W/(m.K),很好的水合物抑制性,-30℃不会出现结晶,体系最高温度可达180℃,最高密度1.7SG。

      In deepwater HTHP oil and gas well testing process, the main problem is the heat transfer to outer seawater, which easily caused salt-out and gas hydrate. In the paper, based on the low thermal conductivity principle, a solid-free and high density insulating testing fluids was developed through indoor experiments, and thermal conductivity, gas hydrate inhibition, crystallization, high temperature corrosion resistance were tested. The results showed that the system has a very low thermal conductivity, heat transfer coefficient was less than 0.34 W / (m.K), good gas hydrate inhibition, no crystallization under -30℃,and high temperature resistance was
