      以十八烷基缩水甘油醚为疏水化试剂,以胍胶原粉为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂,通过开环加成反应合成了新型胍胶衍生物增稠剂2-羟基-3-十八烷氧基丙基胍胶。应用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,结果与预期相符。模拟现场配方,对产品配置的压裂液挑挂性能、破胶性能与耐温抗剪切性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,自制的增稠剂配制的压裂液其挑挂性能良好;基液+0.3% JL-13+0.2%APS制备的冻胶于90℃下破胶1h,破胶液粘度1.02mPa.s,破胶液残渣量为182mg/L;该冻胶在80℃、剪切速率170s-1条件下剪切70min后,表观粘度165mPa.s远大于行业标准50mPa.s。此外,研究了破胶剂加量、破胶时间对压裂液破胶性能的影响。

      2-hydroxy-3-n-Octadecyloxy propyl guarhum (HOPG) was synthesized with guar gum(GG) as material,using n-Octadecyloxy propyl glycidyl ether (OPGE) as the hydrophobic reagent,.sodium hydroxide as catalyst and ethanol as solvent through ring opening addition reaction. The structure of HOPG was characterized by means of FT-IR. The crosslinking performance,temperature resistance and shearing performmance, breakingSperformaneSof the product were evaluated by simulating the scene formula.
